I tried a bunch of notification bars and this was my favorite. The problem is, all of the bars I tried worked on my desktop but not via mobile. I decided to contact the developer and he was quick to reply. Turns out it was likely a caching issue (probably cloudflare) and simply took a couple hours for the changes to refresh.
Now the bar works flawlessly, looks super clean, and I couldn’t for more. But if I did, it’s in the CRUNCHY version. So if you need more than this, check out the paid version.
Also, check out the story behind this plugin. It’s a nice touch.
Great developer.

Just installed and thus far it’s working great. I looked at several and tried one other but I use WooCommerce couldn’t get the one I tried to work sidewide so it was not working in my shopping cart. This plugin works sidewide. It’s simple but it works and it’s responsive, which some were not strangely enough. It does include their logo on the left, but at this point I don’t care! Thanks!

One of the best bar plugins around. I recommend getting the premium version as it has many neat features. you can make the bar bounce, create a button for the clickable text, custom colors etc.
Also the plugin Author Andrew provides great support.

I downloaded
infobar.1.3,
wpfront-notification-bar.1.4.2(it does not appear on any of my site’s frontend pages/posts),
sticky-notifcation-bar
scroll-triggered-boxes.1.4.2
wordpress-notification-bar.1.2.4
Among similar function plugins, I first choose the ones with a smaller size for the sake of site performance.
Then I test the few that I chose to install.
This is the one I finally settled down with a smile on my face.

I downloaded this plugin to draw attention to our paid services. I was so happy with it that I bought the paid version and made my money back in the first day.

I downloaded this plugin to remind our visitors of our paid services and I have noticed an increase in those services. It is a great plugin. I have updated to the crunchy version and I made my money back in the first day.

Although I had some difficultly getting the peanut butter bar with my Divi theme, I was able to get the bar at the bottom of the page and it works well so far. It shows up on the mobile version too. And, it is so easy to set up.

I’ve downloaded, installed, and tested the free (smooth) version and it works perfectly. I’ll start using in in a week or so to cross-promote another site, and will probably switch to the “crunchy” version for even more options. Couldn’t be happier with the look and ease of use.

I spent more time than I will admit trying to find a plugin that not only worked, but worked well with my theme and trust me, it wasn’t easy. For a while, I had settled with one that worked most of the time, but still had problems, so I went searching and this new plugin popped up, and believe me am I happy with it!
Anything I say here will just be words, download it and try it out yourself, you won’t be disappointed.

Just downloaded it yesterday but so far so good. Simple, good looking, subtle. I like the way it stands out on my site without being garish or clunky or loud.
