Hi, I installed the plugin: “WordPress Header Builder Plugin – Pearl” version 1.3.8 on “WordPress” version 6.5.5. I created a new header that scrolls down when I scroll down, but the menu disappears instead and I don’t know how to make it scroll down along with the header. An alternative could also be to just scroll down the menu and make the new header disappear but I don’t understand from the plugin functions how to do this. Best regards. Fabio

I have a menu with several submenus in each section. It appears without any problems on desktop and tablet devices where I can access the submenus. However, on mobile devices in the hamburger menu, only the main menu is displayed, and I can’t access the submenus.

I couldn’t find any settings to address this issue.

I have created a header with this plugin and its working great except one issue.
In my menu I’ve lot of submenus. My third level sub menu is not opening, attached a screenshot for your reference. In this menu Size menu has a submenu but its not showing.

Any fix for this?

Also the logo is showing in the mobile version, which isn’t really required… I’ve tried to remove via CSS, but end up removing the logo and everything from desktop at the same time…

Hi, the submenus seems to be blocked by the page content, any idea how to force the menu above?

I have some anchor link pointing to different page sections in a single page. The problem is in the mobile version, when click on a link – it scrolls to the respective section but behind the menu modal, the modal is not closing at the click of the menu.

It will be very helpful if anyone can help to solve this issue.

1. Read the plugin documentation;
2. Make sure that you are using the latest versions of the WordPress Header Builder Plugin – Pearl plugin, WordPress, and your theme;
3. Deactivate all your plugins and check the WordPress Header Builder Plugin – Pearl. If it solves the issue, try to activate your plugins one by one until you detect the problematic one;
4. If you have a cache plugin, try to clear the cache or deactivate it;
5. Activate the TwentyTwenty (or other default WordPress themes);
6. Edit the wp-config.php in the root folder of your WordPress and set true value for WP_DEBUG.

Desde hace un par de semanas el header builder no funciona en la mayoría de las opciones. Puedes agregar un elemento pero no puedes editarlo. Por ejemplo, puedes agregar una imagen, pero no seleccionar cuál. Puedes agregar un menú, pero no qué menú quieres que se muestre.
Tengo 2 páginas activas y otras en local y no funciona en ninguna de ellas.

After putting this aside for a while, I tried a fresh install of WP and still have issues with this plugin.

1) The main header is not aligned with the top and bottom headers, all of which are the same width. The linked image below is with the browser set to 90% size.

2) Sticky doesn’t work for any of the headers.

3) Additional CSS was used to hide the theme’s header, but the space for it remains.

I played around with all the settings and options, reread the instructions, and can’t figure it out. Previous responses missed the point so please take an extra moment to read this.

TwentyTwenty theme with Options for TwentyTwenty. (Just a few other plugins that seem unrelated: Contact Form 7, Loginizer, and No Category Base.)

The “default” search display seems to be a pre-defined search box with the “magnifying glass” icon. But what if one wants ONLY the magnifying glass icon and the word “SEARCH” – not a form – for the menu? Is there any way to do this?

Hello again.

The image for the main header (set in the Header builder area) is 1576 pixels. Container widths are set to maximum. There is no background image. I’ve tried a bunch of things (in and out of the plugin) for over an hour and now have to ask: How do you eliminate that extra white space?

Not able to add php code & short code in html in header builder

I want to display login user name but not able to write php code in html of header builder.

I am also add short code but that also not worked only support html tag.

I followed the instructions to get it working, but am having trouble removing the default header from TwentyTwenty. Which code in header.php gets replaced, as mentioned in the reply to the other post? As opposed to just adding your code to the file, which was easy.
