When I installed the plugin, I can see two Brands in the sidebar (old Brands and the ones from the plugin):
I activated the plugin and imported the brands from the official WooCommerce brands:
This transferred the brands from the old Brands to the new one as expected. However, it cleared everything from the old brands.
This broke all of our current links.
Is it possible to reimport the brands to the old Brands?

On the Display brands of a specific product shortcode [pwb-brand], we tried using it on Elementor’s loop grid widget but the brand is not showing. The brand image is not showing for the products inside the loop so we checked how the plugin is displaying the product.
Apparently, the shortcode only works on single pages and the only way for this to work is to override the plugin’s template here: plugins/perfect-woocommerce-brands/lib/shortcodes/class-brand.php. Then modify line 22 from this
if ( ! $atts[‘product_id’] && is_singular( ‘product’ ) ) {
to this
if ( ! $atts[‘product_id’] ) {
removing the condition is_singular(‘product’) to make it work on loop grid widget of elementor.
We would like to suggest that you update this so that the shortcode would also work on custom shortcode loops.
For now, our work-around is to update this php file every update of the plugin and this is very hard for me and my client.

Hi everyone, I’m having an issue showing each single brand page from the link published in the brands page here https://www.ilbarbone.info/brand/.
When clicking on one of the single brands, like https://www.ilbarbone.info/brand/hunter/ or https://www.ilbarbone.info/brand/officine-cosmeceutiche/ , the main shop page is showing, but the URL is for the clicked brand. I would’ve expected to get the product categories template of Elementor showing the related products of that brand, but unfortunately it doesn’t show.
This issue I get it also by searching products, the search results page doesn’t show, also here I’m getting showing the shop page, but the URL is for search result query.
Anyone knwos how to solve it?
Reading other posts here I’ve already tried to disable duplicte post/pages plugin that seemed to work for someone, but not for me.

The code itself is in class-all-brands.php and class-woocommerce.php
Is this template on your roadmap?

We have already tried using the shortcode with the as_link parameter set to both true and false, but we always get the same result. I’ll include the line we tried with the shortcode below. I hope someone can help.

Hi guys,
thank you for a great plugin. I added brands and logos to my site and used the Display brands carousel shortcode [pwb-carousel items=”10″ items_to_show=”5″ items_to_scroll=”1″ image_size=”thumbnail” autoplay=”true”] .
But I found that when it starts scrolling so every new image that is supposed to be displayed is not showing up. And only when the carousel scrolls enough to replace all the images do they load. Look at the my website https://warmupbooster.com/ near the end under our brands you can see it.
I think it’s some kind of bug but I don’t know on which side or plugin or on my site. Can you help me somehow please ?

Not the shoelaces, fixing glue, patches etc from Nike. The Brand page looks so unorderly with all the accessorries first, since there is no good sorting. At the very least brand-specific accessories should be at the very end.
Anything like that possible? For example, only displaying category X&Y for a certain brand with QueryString in the URL?

]]>Hi! I have managed to make an ELementor Theme Builder template and apply it to the Brand page and I also can dynamically get the Brand Description using “Archive Description” in Elementor. But I am not able to get the image from the brand. Any way to do that? Is there a dynamic field I can set to get that? Because I already get the text for all categories and category-images using a just one Product Archive Template across the entire site.. But it’s a bit lacking since the Brand logos are missing when you browse by brand..
And like I said, the brand description is dynamically retrieved nicely, but not the Brand image.

I have a dropdown with all the brands on the webshop but there are a bunch of brands still visible in it eventhough there aren’t any products anymore with that brand. Then if I go in the back-end to products -> brands and look up the brand it shows in the column “count” that there are 2, if I click on it though it says no products found.
I don’t know if this a caching problem? If I go incognito mode it’s the same issue.
