Hello, I am managing the website with 4 languages with WPML and using Premalink Manager for WooCommerce.
I would like to set “shop” prefix for products category. And I need this “shop” prefix to be translated in these 4 languages – pl(katalog),en(catalog),fr(catalogue),de(katalog). Pl is a primary language for the page.
It works for products – pl(oferta),en(offer),de(angebot),fr(offre).
Fot product category it shows “katalog” in all languages. And I need to mention that the most important thing to not show the”parent-category” in url.
I want to achive:
(PL)yourwebstie.com/katalog/category
(EN)yourwebstie.com/catalog/category
(FR) yourwebstie.com/catalogue/category
(DE)yourwebstie.com/katalog/category
I’ve tried also Custom Permalinks for WooCommerce?and it has the same problem.
I am really hoping for some help.
Please check the issue related to “trailing slash”
/link-product/ – OK
/link-product – Error
I added a prefix /store/ to all Woocommerce URL’s, however it doesnt seem to work for custom taxonomies. I have added a /brand/ taxonomy and I want to add the prefix /store/ so it reads /store/brand/ but your plugin doesn’t seem to do that by default.
For reference I am using the Perfect Brands For Woocommerce plugin. Here is a sample /brand/ page.
Can you assist? Thank you.

Hello,
Seems that this plugin might have completely destroyed my fresh WooCommerce store. I’m getting 404 error on WooCommerce’s cart, checkout, my account pages & also some WordPress content pages. Errors started occuring after starting using this plugin.
I’m using WooCommerce with Astra theme (I created child theme). There is no caching plugin. There are no errors in WordPress status. I can add products to cart and see them in the mini-cart, but cart page returns 404.
I’ve tried different steps to troubleshoot the issue and fix it, but without any success:
How to fix this? I need urgent help with this
]]>Hello!
I’ve utilized the Woocommerce Product Vendors addon to create a multivendor site. I’ve successfully renamed everything on the front and backend of the site from “Vendor” to “Seller.
Except for all the permalinks!
I see that your plugin is more geared towards posts, but I’m still curious if your plugin can help me achieve this change?
Thanks for your time!

]]>Hello,
We have used this plugin for a while and works great! However, this is the first time we have had a parent category then 2 categories under it. The Slug should read: domain/Consumer/Smartphone-Watches/smartwatches/ProductName
However, it misses out the / inbetween Consumer and the next category so that the slug is now consumersmartphone-watches/smartwatches/productname
Is this something I can change to fix this? The slug shows correct when editing the item in woocommerce but on the frontend of the site, URL gets changed and removes that /

]]>Hello,
I switched from Premmerce Permalinks Manager to BeRocket as they have the same functionality (removing product/category base), but after the switch I had a high increase in 404 pages and canonical url issues. Seems like the plugin is not adding the trailing slash properly, which in default install won’t redirect automatically, causing 404 on the product page
]]>Hello,
thanks for the great plugin.
When activating the plugin together with the multivendor plugin Multivendor X (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor/), the latter loses the ability to add a new product, action on the link https://site.com/dashboard/edit-product/. It freezes and then gives an error 500.
/dashboard/ – control panel for the vendor.
Even activating your plugin leads to this. Tried different settings for your plugin, but nothing happens. The error log is empty. There are no errors in the developer panel.
help me please
]]>I am using your plugin, but there is an issue with the product slugs. I have the setting: ‘Remove WooCommerce keyword from the URL and leave product slug.’ Now, it’s the case that the link only works with a ‘/’ at the end. Before the plugin was installed, the product link worked both with and without the ‘/’. I also use WP Rocket, where it is important that the product can be accessed without a ‘/’. Is there a solution?

]]>Hi – plugin is working great with the dev2 version that solves the 404 problem on product pages. My users however prefer the product permalink to contain a .html extension at the end of the URL. It visually distinguishes a product page from a category page for them. Is there any way to add this?
I had perviously used some snippets to enable this but with this plugin enabled it returns a 404. Is there an easy way to apply this with the plugin enabled?
Cheers
]]>I have been using the plugin – Permalink Manager for WooCommerce
In Permalink Manager for WooCommerce Settings >
I have chosen the option –
Category – Remove the WooCommerce keyword from the URL and leave the category slug. eg: domain.com/category/
Product – Remove the WooCommerce keyword from the URL and leave the product slug eg, domain.com/product/
But From the menu section, I can’t remove the ‘Product category base’, from the URL structure
For example, go to category:

site.com/category-name/
Here every URL consists of term ”product-category”.

]]>Hi,
i was experiencing a 404 redirection error, upon pressing the reload button, each time i had used Yith’s filtering plugin. After setting up a staging site and having the Yith development team cooperate with my hosting provider, they came to the below conclusion, which i would kindly ask to have a look if possible.
==================================================
Hi there,
After multiple test in your site that requires restoring the staging, I found what it is causing which is the following plugin:
This permalink plugin returns 404 if the url is modified and doesn’t follow the following option:
For that reason the issue only happens when redirecting. I suggest to contact the plugin development team to fix this problem. If you use the default url: ?https://staging.darkbit.gr/product-category/perifereiaka/othones/, the problem is not happening.
=================================================
For now, i have the permalink plugin disabled, but if you wish to confirm it as well, please let me know to re-enable it.
Many thanks for taking a look into this.
]]>Hi,
We have a problem with the Permalink Manager in combination with WPML. Together with WPML support we could already isolate the problem and trace it back to the Permalink Manager. The problem does not occur when the Permalink Manager is disabled.
The problem is as follows:
When creating products, in most cases the wrong URL is created for the language changer. The permalink itself in the translation is saved correctly
Example:
Original URL: https://www.werocktools.com/accessories/mounts-assembly/stands/rocktab-kickstand/
Translated URL: https://www.werocktools.com/de/zubehoer/halterungen-montage/staender/rocktab-kickstand/
If I want to change the language in the upper right corner of the original URL, the URL https://www.werocktools.com/de/accessories/mounts-assembly/stands/rocktab-kickstand/ is created which leads to an error 404.
The problem occurs since at least December 2022 and has unfortunately not gone away through the various updates since then.
We cannot reproduce exactly when the error occurs and when it does not. The only thing we have noticed so far is that the problem does not seem to occur when duplicating articles and then editing and saving them.
Hello

how can i use it in nginx server?
]]>This plugin is changing some of my permalinks, and it will not let me change them back. The plugin is messing up my product tags.
Before I installed your plugin, I had a custom permalink for my Product Tag Base.
After I install your plugin, I go to the Permalinks page and only change the following settings:
Categories: I selected Category.
Products: I select Category.
Tags: I leave it on Default.
I did not do anything else.
When I press the “Save Changes” button, my Product Tag Base changes to “product-tag” and the Product Custom Base will change to “bwlm-shop/” (If I try to change this, these 2 fields will not save my new changes).
If I deactivate your plugin, I can change the settings for the 2 fields (product tag base and product custom base) and it will save correctly. If I activate your plugin again, the 2 fields will change again after I press “Save Changes” button on the Permalinks page.
Please review and fix this bug. You have a nice plugin, but I can’t use it since I don’t want my Product Tag Base to be “product-tag.” Thanks.

At the risk of starting a “MeToo” movement, I am also experiencing the 404 issue after latest update. Had to downgrade to previous version to get it working again. I can provide any further info needed to assist in debugging, and even access to a development site where I can replicate the issue.
]]>Hi team!
I found your plugin doing exactly what I was looking for, but it seems it is a bit to “aggressive”…
All I wanted was to remove parent-category slug from the product url. No changes in category or tag urls (thus set to “Default”). However, your plugin is rewriting my custom slugs for category and tag. Please see on screenshots:

I am getting 404 errors after updating the plugin to version 1.0.8.
Can you send a link where I can download the previous version since from what I have read, these errors are caused by the latest version?
]]>Hi,
I set up your plugin on an e-shop, with https://mywebsite.com/category/ structure for products categories and https://mywebsite.com/category/product/ structure for products.
Both work, but the problem is that old products categories urls are redirected, but old products urls are not…
For information, the plugin also added a strange /bwlm-shop/%product_cat%/ in the customized product url default WooCommerce settings.
Could you please tell me how to fix this, because this is a very big problem for products that are indexed already.
Thanks!
Hello, I noticed that all products are in 404 after update to 1.0.8 version.
I went back to 1.0.7.6 to fix the issue.
The permalink settings for products is:
‘Remove WooCommerce keyword from the url and leave product slug’
