FYI … have been getting this warning since last year:
[21-Feb-2025 14:07:37 UTC] PHP Warning: The magic method SFML_Singleton::__wakeup() must have public visibility in /home/{redacted}/public_html/wp-content/plugins/sf-move-login/inc/classes/class-sfml-singleton.php on line 72
In the meantime, I made it public instead of private to quiet the warning, but wanted to make you aware for your next update. This is with PHP 8.2
Hi – I have a very simple situation. Site built 1 week ago, with all up-to-date plugins, WP, etc. Utilizing the Woocommerce my-account page for Logins. Blocksy theme, but it’s not involved in the login. The login rule is based on user role (customer). But it never works when I test with a customer account. Always land in the /my-account page from where I came. Tried your placeholder, and the full URL, but no difference with either. Thanks.

]]>Hi there, I am trying to use your plug-in for a school website to redirect users (parents) after registration and/or login. The page which we are redirecting to is not for public, so the visibility has been limited to users of a custom role we created (parents). We used the members plug-in by memberspress to create the custom role, which is the same as the subscriber role, except that we have limited content on certain pages.
The problem is that your plug-in tries to do the redirection before the user has verified their email address. Since the user is technically not logged in until after they have verified their email address, your plug-in is redirecting them to the page that says the information is not available, unless they are logged in.
You can see, for example.

Is there any way to make this work? Can the redirection happen after the email is verified?
Hello,
For a long time, the login on my website worked perfectly, but now when I try to log in via my link https://deantieksite.nl/account-login/, I am redirected to the wp-admin page instead of the page I have set. I have to log in through wp-admin. The redirect works from there, so the problem seems to be with logging in via https://deantieksite.nl/account-login/.
I use the Avada Theme
Hola!

]]>Hello,
On my login page ( https://rt.forst-bertikow.de/rt-login/?redirect_to=https://rt.forst-bertikow.de/reviertagebuch/ ) i am redirecting users after login to a certain (logged-in users resticted) area. When there is a wrong input like e.g. type error the redirection goes to the wordpress login page ( https://rt.forst-bertikow.de/wp-login.php ) . Instead i want the user to stay on my login page. The error message is not neccessary.
How could i achieve that? Thanks for help.
]]>Hello,
I have a multilanguage website, with a non-English default language.
I found that the LoginWP log out link shortcode links to the English version of the link and not to the right one, therefore it doesn’t work, (non-English) users are not able to log out.
Checking this:

I don’t have “Integrations” tab, is integrations included in the free version?
Thank you!
I want to be able to point User1 to a page, User2 to a different page, User3 to a different page, etc – every time they log in. Is that possible with the Pro version of the plugin?
]]>So I paid for the pro plugin and I followed the instructions for installation (uncheck remove data, delete the old free plugin). The problem is that I’m seeing an “Incompatible archive” error whenever I install. Can anyone help?

]]>I just discovered that Ultimate Member has a big design flaw in that it will actually tell you if your login or password is bad, which greatly improves the odds for a break in. Standard practice is to not indicate which is incorrect. Now I need to find a replacement or write my own.
Then there are things such as escaping quotes to avoid SQL-injection and so on (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Learn/Server-side/First_steps/Website_security) is a good start.
PHP, for example, currently have hard to hack but still doable bug which interestingly is how FBI broke in to an illegal hacker (cracker) site. Security is largely an unknown subject in-spite of how often it is discussed.
Do you have any plans on implementing any of these in your plugin?

Hello Sir,
My website is a BuddyPress Community website.
This means that hundreds of people will be Logging in to Register and create Accounts on my website.
Now, I don’t want these people to ever see the WP-Admin and the WP-Login.Php Pages.
In short, I don’t want these my users to even know that a WP-Admin and Wp-Login.Php Page even exist.
It should be that, even if people deliberately type “mydomain.com/wp-admin” or they deliberately type “mydomain.com/wp-login.php” , it should immediately and instantly redirect them to the Custom Login Page that I have created– and they should never see the “wp- admin and “wp-login.php” Page.
QUESTION
Can this plugin achieve such function for me?
Regards.
]]>I am using the username placeholder to dynamically populate the redirect URL after login. The username for users is their email address. When I use this, the “@” symbol it gets encoded to %40. I want the “@” symbol to be preserved as I’m using that as a parameter. Can this be done?
]]>Subscribers should be redirected to home page upon login, but instead are being sent to the dashboard, and are confused by it. We don’t really change anything on the site, but this seems to happen every few months.. we get reports of swaths of subscribers not seeing the front end of the site, but the dashboard.
Why would a redirect fail? Is something up with the plugin?
I installed this plugin and set up a rule for redirecting after login based on a user role, but it is not working.
I also am using the “User Registration” plugin (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/user-registration/) for registering and login form. Could this be the issue?
Thanks!

]]>Your “Recommended by LoginWP” WordPress notice on top of WP Dashboard to install Widget Options cannot be dismissed in any way. The button is not working, and there is no actual way to remove it.
Your decision to place an unmovable plugin alert smack on top of the dashboard is beyond infuriating. It’s a glaring display of poor user experience and a complete disregard for your users’ needs. And to top it off, your dismiss button doesn’t even function, compounding the frustration.
This sneaky maneuver reflects poorly on your company. It’s as if you care more about pushing your agenda than considering the usability and satisfaction of the people using your product.
I won’t hold back my frustration, as your actions have already shown that you don’t care about holding back when it comes to inconveniencing us. I expect a swift resolution, and I expect to see an immediate change in how you handle your users. Anything less would be a continued display of your blatant disregard.
Sort this out and show some respect for the people who keep your business afloat.

]]>Hello! Thank you for using LoginWP plugin ??
Here are couple of notes for you.
The free version only supports login from the default WordPress login page and any plugin that implements the login_redirect filter which many plugin doesn’t hence the need for PRO version with specific integration with other plugins like WooCommerce my account login page, MemberPress, LearnPress, etc.
Are you hosting at WPEngine? Did the redirection rules you set not working?
— WPEngine aggressively cache website on their platform and block sessions and cookies. You will need to contact WPEngine to whitelist the cookie loginwp_wp_session and ensure the login page and the page you redirecting users after log in are excluded from cache. This is an issue we have with managed hosting such as WPEngine that aggressively cache pages. Unfortunately, since we rely on cookies to generate the user’s session, there is nothing we can do from our end.
For more information, please check our documentation.
Need support for LoginWP Pro: Please open a support ticket here.
Is there a reason a cookie needs to be set on every page? This kills caching
