Their emails are disabled – There is no support and the plugins have major flaws. They rebuilt their site last week. Got a refund from Visa after a fight with GrandWP saying “Send info here” “Send info there” then they disable the email addresses. Trust at your own peril.

]]>When I click on the ‘Edit images information’ button it opens a screen of fields to edit. WHen I tab through these fields my cursor finally goes off the bottom of the screen. I can even type in and edit off the screen. I expected the page to move up as I tabbed down. To see what I’m doing I have to separately scroll. This is laborious and doesn’t seem right.

I defer all scripts loading on my websites to improve initial page speed. This causes problems with plugins which use jQuery, such as this one, as it tries to use jQuery before it has loaded. There’s a simple fix for this, and I’d greatly appreciate it if you could update your plugin to accommodate this.
In your inline scripts, instead of using jQuery(document).ready(function () { ... }), if you use document.addEventListener("DOMContentLoaded, function () { ... }), it will operate the same way, but without relying on jQuery. This would allow me to continue to defer scripts loading, without breaking this plugin.
If you do add this in a future update, please let me know, so that I can adjust my theme accordingly.
Alternatively, I’d be satisfied with a simple filter added to the inline scripts, as that would allow me to insert this code myself.

]]>Howdy, I’m noticing when I View Page Info (via Firefox) I can see what images that should be loading. I can also see the sizes. I’m noticing that the gallery thumbnails are accessing the original super large images and merely displaying it as thumbnail size. This seems very inefficient and slow especially if there is a gallery displaying a dozen images. Am I missing something that should allow the thumbnails to pick a smaller WordPress size of an image. I searched and did not result of anything in the forums. Seems like this would be a huge deal!
Please advise.

I downloaded Grand Galleries and made 11 galleries of products, then I tried adding the galleries via posts on pages or blocks on pages. They ran into each other. Doesn’t work. My new idea is to put all of the product galleries into a larger gallery that can be posted on a page. Make sense? When I try to select the galleries from my library page, they are nowhere to be found. . . .
How can I do this?

]]>Howdy, I’ve links to multiple galleries on this page. Sometimes it shows fine. Sometimes it only displays only one stretched half-downloaded image as if it didn’t completely load. I’ve turned off any lazy loading in caching or anywhere else I could think. In fact, I’ve tried with and without caching with similar inconsistencies. It is kinda frustrating, but I’m sure there is a logical reason. Please advise.
