My page was looking right, and then some upgrade, and now all my images are coming in larger. I tried on both mobile and desktop web versions, and the images are enormous. I have many weblinks and features to re-upload and build on the page. Is there a custom CSS code to add to the gallery to resize them all to business card shape and reasonable size?

I installed my first gallery with links to posts but links don’t work, please guide me to correct the issue.

Any new images I import into my Media (jpg or Gif), and then add to my Photo and Video Gallery are not sizing properly, and are coming out as a square. It is a normal rectangular business card. I have tried resizing the image both inside WordPress, the gallery, and in Photoshop, and tried different versions. The image comes out square and doesn’t fit the box. See specifically H&H on the bottom left.

Hello, have a question about the thumbnail resolution of the plugin. With my older uploads i have no problems but with the ones made today it appears that the resolution is in some way downgraded, if i upload it just as an image i don’t have this problem.
When clicked, it shows the full resolution so i know it was uploaded correctly.

Hi, how do I remove the image hover color entirely?

Instead of showing any picture as the thumbnail for the video, I would like to show the first picture shown on the video as the thumbnail. Once the Url of the video is typed in the box, the thumbnail should be the first picture of the video and not any other picture one has to upload. Besides, as it is now, if one is going to post a video, one has to upload any picture and set it as video first and then give the url of the video so that it will stream the video. What it should be is that no picture is required to upload since it is a video that is streamed. Hope I make myself understood. If you tell me you are going to add this feature in a week or two, I’ll buy the plugin sooner. I am very interested in the plugin but it needs a few tweaks.

Hi, having an issue with one of my galleries. The gif’s only display in the lightbox (so after clicking on the image): https://www.stephaniastanley.com/beauty/.

However, in a different gallery they work as expected: https://www.stephaniastanley.com/fashion/.

I would like them to display in the grid, without having to click on the image. I checked the settings on both galleries and they are the same. Thoughts?

When I use the gallery on my blog, the comment section gets deactivated, when I remove the gallery, my comment form and comments become visible again. How can I use both?

i use firefox 47.0.1 and the gallery doesn′t work good, when the mouse is over the image the hover efect activate but the image disappear, with the other browsers (chrome, opera, edge, even IE -really-) works great.

I’ve set up a gallery of images with links and changed the settings to open link in same tab, however they are still opening in the same window.

Hello, i’m using the free version of this plug-in and it seems some sort of error in the load and the positioning of the images.

I’ll try to describe the problem.
I’ve create a gallery with 14 images and i’ve added it on a page by a shortcode. This is the result after i try to load the page for the first time :

Hi, I’m using the free version to try out your plugin. Put nine pictures in a gallery. The pictures are small – can they be enlarged? Also, it won’t center, and I checked three columns and it’s only showing two – although it seems that it did three columns when testing earlier today. Have made two recent galleries but all I get are tiny thumbnails.

When i add the shortcode for the gallery the widget changes to the standard archives widget.

Hi! I am trying out your plug-in. The demo shows different galleries and when you click on the first one, a larger window opens to display all the photos inside that gallery.

Mine is doing that, however, on my “Gallery Page” it is displaying all the photos in a gallery instead of just the first one.

My understanding is that just the first photo of the gallery is shown, then once its clicked, a full page appears showing that photo and the ability to swipe through that gallery to see all the photos in that gallery.
Is this functionality only in the pro version?
