Sorry for posting here but I tried to register at your forum and never got the confirmation email …
I’m doing a migration job to a customer that has this plugin in the paid version.
This customer as he isn’t very tech savvy had installed WordPress on a subfolder lets say domain/wp/ and had a redirect from / to wp/
I fixed this, removed the redirect and properly configured wordpress.
Now what is happening is that all the links from the categories etc are generated wrong. They are going for the wp/ and give a 404 error.
I looked everywhere for the option to set the url properly inside of PVS, there is no such option.
I noticed that the menu Files > Stock > Photo was being generated by the file menu.php at the theme folder, and the link is generated by an echo site_url.
I replaced site_url with home_url and this menu works fine. But the Category links that are generated elsewhere are not working, it still generates the wrong links.
I’ve seen in the forum some suggestions that “deactivating the plugin and activating again” would fix the URL’s. It didn’t.
How can I fix this? thank you.

I would very much like to re-organise the images shown on this page. I tried doing so by giving the images a star rating but at some point, I needed to alter the rating given to an image and tried to do so but the programme doesn’t want to recognise my changes (for instance, impossible to change a 5 star rating to a 3 star rating) although I am the owner… of the web site. Would much appreciate guidance in the matter

Hi, I have installed wordpress on localhost via xmpp. I have insttaled the plug in, but during activation i get a fatalerror:

]]>The PVS admin Prints => Product Options page only allows one dimension (width) to be specified and calculates the height from the proportions of the uploaded image.
This does not work when we are producing prints to fit in standard picture frames of 50cm x 40cm and 70cm x 50cm as the width:height ratio is not the same.
Is there any way to specify sizes that are not based on the proportions of the uploaded image?

]]>The feature list for PVS says that it is possible to use imagga to categorize images, but there is nothing in the documentation to say how to do this.
I have an imagga API key, etc, but can’t find any screen in the PVS admin where I can input this.

Ok – i found the FAQ but there a lots and lots of questions that have nothing to do with the plugin (like “What if i lost my password”) but there is nothing which explains the overwhelming number of settings your plugin offers.
