Hi,
My WooCommerce Version 2.2.10 picks up my SandBox Sales but Piggy does not. Does Piggy support SandBox Sales?
Thank you : )
PS.
Awesomeeeeeeeeeeeee plugin indeed : )
I’ve recently noticed, while using 2.0.6 with WooCommerce that Piggy counts “cancelled” orders as completed orders (these orders are typically a result of the transaction timing out). Although this is my most pressing issue, I’ve also noticed that I can’t load the individual sales for the day, as listed on a per sale basis (not as pressing).
Any help or advice on the more pressing of the two questions?
]]>Hi would it be possible to add a way to use other currency markers than the ones listed. I.e. in Denmark we use Danish Kroners (kr) and the marker for them are added to the end of the number – not in front like dollar signs.
thanks
]]>Hello, I am using Piggy 2.0.6, woo commerce 2.0.20 and PHP Version:5.3.24 and resulting in the same problem as mmancuso: “There’s No Green Unlock Or Red Error, I Can Enter Four Or Five Digits And The Password Screen Doesn’t Respond”
Thanks!
]]>I’m using woocommerce 2.0.13 with WP 3.8
All stats were working until the upgrade to 3.8… at least I think it’s the upgrade to 3.8 when stats disappeared. Specifically, I can type in my passcode and then get the “access granted” animation. After that the screen stays blank. I’ve tried uninstall / reinstall and increasing PHP memory and the PHP script timeout.
Any other options to get this working again? Your plugin is such a time saver and helps me keep tabs on daily sales activity.
thanks!
Rahul
Piggy is only reporting sales with a status of “Accepted Payment.”
When you change the status to other options, like
Job Dispatched
Closed Order
the order drops off of Piggy.
The other options, especially “Closed Order” should be included (since that means payment was accepted and the order was shipped).
Is there a way to set what options are included in Piggy?
Order status of “Accepted Payment” by itself renders the plugin useless (because once you start to process the order, it’s gone – so week/month/year to date sales become $0).
Thanks!
Joe
Hey Again, Sorry About This BNC ! –
I’m Now Experiencing Issues With My Orders Appearing. I’ve Tried Creating And Completing Orders To See If They’ll Show Up – And They Don’t. However When I Go Into Settings And Add An Automatic Adjustment – It’ll Show.
I’ve Tried On WP 3.7.0 And 3.7.1 With The Same Issue-
Any Thoughts?
Thanks

]]>Ever Since Upgrading To Woocommerce 2.0.17 When I Go To Enter In My Password On Piggy 2.0.1 It Doesn’t Go Anywhere – There’s No Green Unlock Or Red Error, I Can Enter Four Or Five Digits And The Password Screen Doesn’t Respond – How Can I Fix This?
Thanks ??
]]>Using Piggy Lite 1.5.1 and having an issue after installing. I am stuck at a loop with the password where I enter the password, the entry field goes green and the screen clears just to open the password screen again. Have turned off the CDN, caching and all non-essential plugins (only woocom and piggy left running.) Please advise.
]]>Upgraded to 1.5 last night. Now can’t access mobile view (needs password). Went to Settings page in WP-Admin to look at the password and the settings page is now blank. Also having the same situation on WP 3.3.2

]]>Hi,
My sales read outs in Piggy are not representing the actual stats.
At a guess I think this could be due to our use of: https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/woocommerce-custom-statuses/
(The plugin is recommneded by woothemes)
So with ‘woocommerce custom statuses’ we created one extra status called ‘closed’ all sales are set to ‘closed’ when sale is paid in full, all items have been provided and the invoice receipt has been issued.
So we need Piggy to reflect all sales with the ‘closed’ status.
Any ideas?
]]>Hi there!
In the plugin description you wrote about WooCommerce support – but it’s not there!!!
Using WP 3.3.1, WooCommerce 1.4.1 and your Piggy Lite 1.0.2 – but in settings of Piggy the WooCommerce plugin does not show up.
So, how could this be setup?
Are you adding this to the plugin in the future?
Is WooCommerce support only a “Pro” feature? – If so, then please change the description here!
Thank you, Dave ??
