I wish to remove the Plugin from my site. There is no deactivation or delete function. How do I remove?

Hi there, how might I export placemark points? Or please point me to the db table they exist in, having trouble finding them ??

Upon attempting to activate the plugin the following error message is displayed:

I can confirm that no functions.php file is located within the plugin folder.
