Is there an option, or can you add an option to make the items on Etsy more expensive than at Woo-Shop? Etsy charges high fees, I would like to make all items on Etsy e.g. 20% more expensive to cover this fees.

I’ve just installed this plugin to test before purchasing, but I’m receiving the following error when attempting to sync products from woocommerce to etsy:

Received HTTP status code [400] with error “cannot be more than 20 characters”.

The product title is 45 characters but I understand Etsy supports 140 characters for the title.

There is only one tag in woocommerce and it is 14 characters. The category name in woocommerce is 25 characters.

What exactly is it complaining about?

What is the limit? I cant find the limit anywhere in the description.

I bought the platy syncer plugin and it works perfectly well for the most part, but I met some issues and I need assistance with it if possible?

First of all, some of my products on my woocommerce shop do not synchronize with my Etsy shop. I checked and double checked, the SKU are the same and I didn’t have problems with similar products. When I tried to sync to Etsy, it create a new product sheet as a draft with the same SKU than product sheet who is already online on Etsy. I don’t want to use this new product sheet on Etsy to solve the issue because I don’t want to loose the datas.

The second thing is when I tried to use the fine tune option to sync description from woocommerce to Etsy product sheet, description is filled by lines of code instead of the description. It is not a big deal because I can copy past fastly, but if you have any suggestion, I’m interested!

Finally for one of my product sheet, I have this error when I try to sync it to Etsy: “Received HTTP status code [400] with error “There was a problem with /quantity : cannot be empty”.” It looks a little bit weird because it is a product sheet with variations but all the quantities are filled. I’ve also a similar product sheet, and it works well with this one.

Even though we have hunderds of products in stock of a certain product if i try to order more than 3 it shows “product currently out of stock” in the check out screen for the customer. With the plugin turned of this is not the case. Please fix this bug.

It just keeps saying my shop doesn’t exist.

My products are handmade and don’t have SKUs. I have existing products on both WooCommerce and ETSY, some of them are “identical”. How will Platy Syncer behave in this case? Is there a way to manually link products?

Can existing products be modified when synced?

Since February tracking number from etsy don’t show on WooCommerce orders page anymore.

Is it due to new update or did i change something?

I just installed Platy.

I have connected and authenticated my Etsy shop.
I have created a Template.
I have connected and synced Categories.

When I run the Start Linker to link products, it goes through the motions and returns”No Products Linked”.

I only have one product on Etsy (with three variations of that product).

Is there an issue with Platy or did I miss something during setup?

I just installed the extension, created a template, did everything but it’s not working.

When I try to change the “Categories” or the “Shipping Templates” and then validate, it always show me : “<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC “-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN”> <html><head> <title>403 Forbidden</title> </head><body> <h1>Forbidden</h1> <p>You don’t have permission to access this resource.</p> </body></html> ”

Then, Platy ask me to reauthenticate my shop each time I go to the extension.

Did someone had this problem ?

Could you please detail the limitations?

I’m looking for a plugin to synchronize my WooCommerce website and my Etsy shop.
The good reviews here make me hope I’m in the right place. ??
My activity is modest, I have less than 70 products in my shop (hand-made home decoration for babies, kids and grown-ups).

First question in my case is this:

I started selling on Etsy a few years back, and have my listings up-to-date there.
Then I created my own website, and exported my Etsy products to import them in WooCommerce.

Now I’d like them to be synced. Does your plugin allow to “link” existing products together?

I’m wondering if, otherwise, I’d risk having redundant products on one or the other platform when syncing.

It shows at the bottom, close to “Update & Etsy Sync”

Hi, I am trying to send the product to etsy.com and the progress bar is complete, it shows 100% but the message freezes and you can only click Reset. Interestingly, in the list of products in the Etsy column, there is an E icon to show that it has been submitted. I can click on it, then Etsy.com opens and it says “This product is not available.”
Please help, what’s wrong that the goods are not transferred to etsy.com?

the plugin looks like a nice solution under the very few wp solutions for WC to etsy syncing.

There is one point, that is confusing me. Why isn’t it possible to assign the template on a per product level? Lets say, You create 15 products with 7 different templates based on present solution, You need to start the syncing process 7 times hoping you have selected the right products – instead of syncing only once for all selected products (because template is already assigned).

my products are fabrics and when i chose “fabric” on the plugin “connection, categories” nothing shows up after that but Esty asks for a sub category of it(at least i think)

i have to fill this sub category on etsy one by one after i sync.

As of now, dimensions and weight are not synced from Woocommerce to Etsy which doesn’t allow the use of calculated shipping on Etsy.

We would really prefer to use the calculated shipping rather than the fixed price shipping template since we ship items of a wide range of sizes. Any plan to add this feature in the future ?

Hi, the current setting I have for importing Etsy order in my woocommerce is “twice a day” but they don’t get imported unless I trigger it manually.

Wordpress and the platy sync plugin is up to date
I use a System Cron Instead of WordPress Cron (if its relevant)
