Plugin modification dates are WRONG

After installing this plugin and trusting that the dates were correct, and deleting quite a few plugins across many sites…I came across one that I finally noticed was wrong. Which made me check others. They were ALL WRONG. Ones that it said were 2 years outdated were updated just weeks or months ago…ones it said were just updated recently hadn’t been updated for months! This plugin obviously has serious issues!

Tried to install “Plugin Modification Date” but when I tried to activate, I got:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ':' in .../blog/wp-content/plugins/plugin-modification-date/plugin-modification-date.php on line 68

Here’s what I found in line 68:
return $foldermtime ? : false;

I ran the whole plugin code through a PHP syntax checker and it didn’t find any problem.
