As the title says. I have manually updated one of the plugins on my site by uploading a zip file and choosing the option to replace files/plugin within already existing folder after unzipping.
When I navigate to WordPress plugins within WP plugin dashboard plugin version is listed correctly. However, when I navigate to Plugin report, it is still listed as previous version.
Plugin in question is https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/mega-addons-for-visual-composer/ Don’t get confused by its description saying last update was 5 months ago and tested up to WP 5.9.5 This update was published 2 weeks ago and most likely they haven’t updated plugin description yet.
Is there any way I can make/force “plugin report” to refresh newly installed versions listing?
I am still on WP 6.1.1, PHP 7.4.33 on Namecheap hosting.
]]>May I kindly ask for a WP 6.1.2 compatibility confirmation.
Besides making plugin updated it would also encourage other users to install this very useful plugin.
Thank you.

when can we expect an updated version of “Plugin Report”?

Hello,
the error log shows php warnings, see below.
Can you fix this?

Just stumbled over this plugin, looks good (just replaced a plugin I was using with this one!), thanks for providing it to the community ??
I’ve been investigating a couple of plugins that looked like they’d give the functionality I require. I was hoping you’d consider this feature request to add another column (or two) in which case it can also replace the other one that is pretty ancient (last updated 9 years ago). That plugin being “Plugin Activation Date“, if you could incorporate that information it would be fantastic.
Regards.
]]>I just noticed that the order of the list in Plugin Report is different compared to the order in the WordPress installed plugin list…
Is this intentional or a bug?
On my site, there are three plugins that don’t link to the plugin page.
These are:
Layout grid: https://nl-be.www.ads-software.com/plugins/layout-grid/
Spicebox: https://nl-be.www.ads-software.com/plugins/spicebox/
WP Toolbox: https://nl-be.www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-toolbelt/
Has this to do with the URL not being coded in the plugin where your plugin can find it…?
]]>For some reason, I enabled all auto updates. But in the plugin report, they all show as “Not enabled”…?
]]>The plugin report shows a plugin that shows tested up to 5.5
as incompatible with 5.5.1
, yet WordPress ignores this (source):
Tested up to – The version of WordPress that the plugin has been tested against. This field ignores minor versions, as plugins shouldn’t break with a minor update. This means a plugin only need to define the major version it is tested against and the www.ads-software.com plugin directory will automatically add the minor version. This should be numbers only, so ‘4.9’ and not ‘WP 4.9’
I believe this pertains primarily to third party (non WP.org) plugins.
Can you fix this please?
]]>I have a web host that has over 50 websites instaled on it.
I would like to find out which sites have a particular plugin installed.
Would there be an option to run this report on all 50 sites?
]]>jQuery Migrate Helper — Warnings encountered
This page generated the following warnings:
…/wp-content/plugins/plugin-report/js/plugin-report.js: jQuery.fn.attr(‘value’, val) no longer sets properties
Please make sure you are using the latest version of all of your plugins, and your theme. If you are, you may want to ask the developers of the code mentioned in the warnings for an update.
Is it possible to read out the evaluation (e.g. with wp-cli) for further automated processing?
