I have installed Paid Memberships Pro – Email Templates Add On (.org) and translated it myself with Poedit. Unfortunately not all strings are read, because they were not enabled for translations in the addon. Can you please change this? Oh with the other addons there are so some places that do not work. The same is also in the Pluign itself, eg left in the WP PMP menu “License” does not work, or can be translated, but is always displayed in English.

Is it possible to add the custom fields added via Registration Helper to admin email when a new member signs up?

After the update, the plugin no longer opens the email templates and I have some emails that are not being translated. Half of the email comes in pt and the other part in english even using the translation plugin. Before the update everything worked perfectly. However, I can’t open the email manager because my problem is not in the “admin change” model.

Looking at the problem to inspect archive admin-ajax.php, when clicking on the “admin change” model, I see in the network tab> Heads error status code 403. Response -1

Also, will they receive the welcome email again, when they RENEW?

The problem is that text is displayed in bold and I cannot find from which part of the code is coming. I tried to add font-weight:300 or font-weight:regular, but no changes are applied.

Any idea?

This version 0.8.1 seems to be broken in WordPress 5.5.1
After selecting a template, nothing happens.

!!membership_change!! text adds an extra “.” after membership type when adding or removing a membership expiration date.

1. Go to user admin.
2. Add or change user membership level.
3. Add or remove expiration date.
4. See Admin Change email in inbox.
5. Membership change text has additional “.” after the membership type.

E.g. The new level is Concession Membership.. This membership will expire on 23/06/2021.
E.g. The new level is Concession Membership.. This membership does not expire.

Please assist. TIA!

As of version 0.8 I get this:
You must enter a valid PMPro Plus License Key under Settings > PMPro License to update this add on.
That’s very strange.
Please look into this soon.

wordpress shows access denied alert that i cant access to this page, should say that i check settings page with admin username that has all the capabilities that exsist…

I just saw the latest update and installed it on my live server and now all of the email templates are showing as blank in the backend. I can’t revert them to default and trying to send a test email returns “-1” and nothing happens…

Although you can edit text can create new paragraphs by using <p><p>.

There is no way to create empty space between paragraphs.

Emails read as one long run-on paragraph.

I have a member welcome email that is styled like a letter – basically like a Word doc. How can that be done? The text that outputs now is just plain text with no line breaks. It looks terrible. I’ve installed this add on, but I cannot find any styling options.

I’m just getting a blank screen when navigating to this plugin’s menu. There aren’t any files inside the 3 subfolders, and I think that might be why.
