I have created a page displaying all products that are on sale using;

[sale_products per_page=”20″ orderby=”rand” paginate=”true”]

However the filters doesnt display in the sidebar.

I have tried adding them both by shortcode, as well as widget.

Is there a solution to this?

Love the filter functions, but can the plugin be used as a way to ‘search’?

So on a non-product page / like in the website header, could one place a product category dropdown list to find products in specific categories. …even if the current page is not a woocommerce page?

I have two problems. Firstly, I’ve tried several times to register on your website to obtain the auto update key for the plugin but I don’t receive the email with the password. What can I do to get registered?

Secondly, when filtering with metabox or by product taxonomy, the labe showing on the active filters is pulled from somewhere with for example “Product cat:” or “_weight”, instead of the filter title or otherwise controllable lable. How to fix this? Please see the screenshot.

I had just disabled it, then I enabled the return, it was hidden and still no option came, the phone may also.

Hello, I would like to use a product archive widget other than the classic one.

For this I need to know the request id of the filtering tool so that the request is transmitted to my product archive widget.

HI, I really like the simplicity of this plugin and how you can use a color for product tags. Lots of functionality in the free version so thank you. Well done.

One thing I’m seeing is that it only works on shop pages but when I try to put the filter in a widget it doesn’t display at all. I’m guessing its not supposed to work on standard woo pages?

While everything seems to work fine I have a weird problem. The filter block visibility toggle options do not work. The select list has the options shown in the code but in the frontend it does not work and no options are being shown for me to select.

Hello! Filter is applied only on page 1 of the categories, but when I go to page 2 etc filter shows Page not found.

I disabled the modal as my clients weren’t sure they liked it. They have now changed their mind but when I went to reenable it the modal will not reappear. It is missing for all pages and I cannot find it in the code at all.

I am using Elementor and WooCommerce. They are the only other plugins I have. WordPress and all plugins are up to date.

The ‘Toggle style’ drop-downs in the settings of a filter don’t open when clicking them, can’t select anything else than ‘Opened by default’.

When adding a new filter for ‘product category’, it filters correctly.
But clicking the ‘X’ doesn’t remove the filter. And also selecting to add a ‘Clear’ button (in the filter settings) doesn’t actually show a clear button.
For the default available filters though, clicking ‘X’ + the ‘Clear’ button work (price, review). So the issue is only for a newly created filter.
Any suggestions how to make this one work?

Is it possible to edit category filter in such a way that if I go to level a, it will show me only subcategories level b, if I go to level b it will show me only subcategories level c, etc. for example, like in Amazon)))

I have created a simpel filter block and a simpel filter menu to test it with my Divi shop page made in Divi theme builder.

Settings is off canvas/button left.

I have entered the shortcode in sidepanal and made no changes on shop page.

Everthing look fine when showing the products. Filter icon is showing and when activated i can select a filterchoice.

The fitlter is applied to the URL and i can see the page update, but i shows exactly the same products.

I have checked that all the products have the right product tag.

Cleared WooCommerce transients

Regenerated lookup tables

Even tried to create a brad ned shop page with only divi products.

I have tried Themify filters and it works just fine and works exactly the same way. Are pofily compatible with Divi?

Any suggestions?

Is there anyway to display the Color name/ Label on the filter as I have a few colour options that look similar so it would be useful to display the colour name.

I am currently using your plugin to filter products built entirely with Elementor. Currently the shop main page in a category list, on this page the Modal works and will load any matching products. However if you click into the category page and go into where the product for that category are listed, the sidebar is loaded and the filters are shown, however once you click on the sidebar the filter is applied in the URL but the products are not filtered.

I am using attributes to filter and the Elementor theme builder for this page is set up to display on all Product Archives.

When using the filter with several filter blocks, I have noticed 2 things that I’m keen on getting your input on:

1.
If I do not use the filter blocks in order (top-down) via the modular, the filters will reset and only apply the latest chosen filter. So for example, I have an order of “Motive” and then comes “Color” from the top and down. If I choose Motive first and then a Color, it works fine. But if I choose a color first and then choose a Motiv, it doesn’t work and just ‘resets’ by selecting the Motiv that I chose last.

2.
When I in fact use the filter and use it correctly, it does not save the highlights of the active filters in the modular. I’m not talking about the option to “Show active filters”, I’m talking about when you select a “Motive” it highlights that selection. But when you select a color afterward, it no longer highlights “Motive” as a selection.

I have searched the forum and the plugin’s settings, and I cannot seem to find a resolution to these issues.

It’s a great plugin though, quite amazing actually!

Hi, I am having an issue with the pofily product filter plugin.

When I try to add a block, it lets me fill in all the info just fine, when I hit update / save, it retains the block but deletes all the values. The block shows up as an option to add to the filter, however once added it does not display the newly created filter. If I try to edit the new block, all the fields are blank other than the name (title).

I use the free version and I can honestly say that I have never used better filters, the more free ones!

However, I came across a small flaw, which annoys me very much and maybe there will be a solution, I have been sitting for several hours and unfortunately I failed.

I mean the “modal filter icon” or more specifically the “top product loop”. When you enable this option to display the filter button, the button appears above the sort and I cannot change it in any way, I would like it to be next to the sort, for example on the left side.

Another thing is, unfortunately, you can not change the background color or subtitles in any way, and if I change it strictly by the theme (editing buttons) then I change all buttons on the page, which is also very annoying.

Important note:

This filter menu shortcode can only show the filter menu on WooCommerce product archive pages (for example; Shop page, single product page…). If you put on a non-archive page of WooCommerce, the filter will not be visible 

so, would you please clarify if it work on the custom category page by Woo shortcode or Elenmentor ?

Plugin conflict with elementor pro forms. When pofily is activated all elementor form are not functioning correct. When a form is submitted the page is refreshed automatically. Not data is submitted through the form. When I deactivate your plugin, everything works perfectly.

Hello there, a very nice plugin! But i have this issue where the apply filters button appears total black.Is there a way to fix this? Also when trying to change the colors of the drop downs( background color and text color) on hover or default, the changes do not take effect..And now i cannot enter in the customize section either….

I have the pro version and the Filter by taxonomy for categories and tags (values) does not work. I have a ton of products with the tags but it does not show the products when I click on that tag

When I used to click on a product category it would display just the product category name for the active filter. Since the last little while it is now displaying for example “Product cat: Sweaters”

I have updated a lot of my color attribute swatches but they are not updating on the plugin filter block.

I have even tried to delete the filter block and add a new one but the color swatches won’t update.

How can I make this work so that I don’t have to manually update each and every one?

for me the filter option work great however the site is reloading after a filter is applied and user is back on top of the page.

How could I adjust the site that after filters are applied the site reloads to the products section and not to the top of the page?

Is that possible?

please i have little problem , i wonder why the filter works normally on template ( like archive / categories template) but when i use it on normal page it doesn’t appear ?

( i have copy same filters , woocommerce products and elementor elements and past it on new template and the filters appeared normally and wothout ny problem )
