How do I switch or upgrade a WordPress Real Estate Theme with different fields?

Looking for a little help.

1 – Old Real Estate Website: used WP All Export to export all properties.
2 – New Real Estate Website: used WP All Import to import all properties.

My issue is with the new website, features (1br, 2br, balcony etc) and images are not importing.

I also tried copying my wp_post from DB to DB. Pages published but not properties.

Can you help me or suggest and alternative for switching or updating a Real Estate theme with different field properties.
