I’ve noticed an issue with the duplication feature. While the duplicate poll includes the questions and options from the original poll, it does not copy over the CSS style settings.

Is this a known issue, or is there a way to ensure the duplicated poll retains the original CSS styles?

I’m having an issue with text breaking and words being separated on two lines, but only on mobile. For example, one answer in the poll shows correctly on desktop as:
Preparing Puppies for a life of competition

But on mobile shows as:
Preparing Puppies for a l
ife of competition

Another:
Getting Started in Obedience

Mobile:
Getting Started in Obedi
ence


Is there anything I can do to prevent that break mid word, beyond shrinking text size?

I have created a website in two languages: Spanish and Basque, another co-official language of the Spanish state. The plugin gives me the option to translate some parts of my surveys, but the “see results” button only appears in Spanish, and I don’t see the option in the plugin administration to put the text of this custom button. How could I translate this button into Basque?

shortcode for front end results does not work for bar chart. Pie chart and the column diagram work and show up as expected, bar charts do not.

I’m encountering an issue with the statistics feature in the plugin’s backend. When I open a poll and navigate to the “Statistics” tab, no statistics are displayed for the poll, despite the polls having already received many votes.

I have a list of questions for pilots to review prior to a flight. I would like to have an audio “Tips” for each answer. In other words when someone selects an answer and hits the vote button I would like to have an audio tip that runs for each poll. I have managed to select sounds for several of the questions but I can not get separate audio tips for each..

Is this possible? Have I described what I want to de well enough?

I have an embedded poll on the attached website, and I’ve set it up to show a “You’ve already voted” button whenever a person who already voted returns to the website. But it has happen in a few ocassions (at least that we know of) that it doesn’t show the results of the poll. I’ve had to try a couple of times by closing and re-entering the website to get it to work.

I should also mention that I’ve also set it up to limit voting attempts per user with cookies. And it’s also happened with some people who haven’t voted at all, the website shows that they’ve already voted, and they have to go to the trouble of open it in incognito mode or clear their cookies (but incognito mode works better), but that’s not what we want for our users.

Please we require a solutions to these problems as soon as posible.

How can I set it up so that after selecting an option in a poll, users can see what they voted for? I want to create a series of polls, and when users return to the page, they should be able to see the results (which is technically possible), but also specifically see their own choice. This makes sense because with multiple questions, they might forget what they previously selected.

This should also be visible when returning to the page to a later point in time. At the moment it only shows “You already voted” and the results but not what I voted for when returning to the page.

Hi,

after voting, users should see the results directly when they revisit the page. however the “directly” setting does not work. “After clicking the button” does work. “directly” only shows the message “you already vored” but not the results. This happens in combination of the limation that a user can only vote once.

(I am using the versus design where you need to chose between two images)

I’m encountering an issue with my poll setup. I have configured the plugin to show the poll results along with the message “You have already voted” when a user views a poll they’ve already participated in. However, this only works if I manually clear the cache via WP Super Cache. The issue occurs regardless of whether I choose “IP” or “cookie” as the user detection method.

I should mention that I integrate the polls directly into my blog posts.

Is there any way to fix this so that the results display correctly without needing to clear the cache every time?

When I hover the answer field, the background-color ist a bit to bright, we wish to choose a darker color for the background. Is it possible? And if, how?

When I click on the vote button after making a selection the vote just spins and never registers. I have cleared the cache before and it worked for a while but that doesn’t seem like a good solution ?? … Any ideas on how to permanently fix this? I am just guessing but I wonder if it has anything to do with minimizing the code (html,js,css)?

I wanted to include a ‘choosing poll’ within a WordPress post. It seems to have been integrated ok as a shortcode, but the ‘vote’ button does not seem to work on mobile devices. Also, it seems to not always work on desktops either.

I am not sure what could be going wrong here (I am not super well versed in coding etc). Please could one of the team let me know how this could be fixed?

I have been encountering issues with longer poll options where they are becoming centered rather than remain aligned to the left. I had checked and found some CSS in another support post that could address this issue, however it does not appear to be working. Below is that CSS (3 being the option number I am trying to edit):

The response I had drawn this information from is from 2022, so I am unsure if this implementation may have changed, or if my formatting might be incorrect. Any insight that could be provided would be helpful.

I set up a Choosing poll with the ‘Maximum number of attempts per user’ activated using IP and cookies. It works insofar as the user’s vote is registered only once, but on the user’s end it doesn’t appear this way.

Having voted once, I visit the page again and there is no difference; it still displays the poll, and if I vote again it says ‘Thanks for your answer’ even though I know nothing is being recorded. The only place it does NOT do this is in the browser where I am logged into WordPress (Firefox) – there I get the correct notification ‘You have already voted’. With Safari or Chrome it is as I said above.

Hello, I am currently using the free version of your plugin which I am enjoying, I am thinking of purchasing the full version but I wonder if I can ask a question first.

As an example …. if we have multiple polls (let’s call the polls A,B,C & D) with the same answer options (let’s call the answers YES, NO & DON’T KNOW), would it be possible to use a shortcode to show which polls had the most YES’s, NO’s and DON’T KNOW’s in order of most first, for example

POLL A – YES (40)
POLL B – NO (39)
POLL C – DON’T KNOW (38)

After a poll is conducted, when looking at the results, the Statistics graphics do not show up correctly. The Report chart by country covers the lower part of the Poll chart graphic. We need the developers to separate these two graphics so that there will be no overflow over each other.

Want my buddyboss users to be able to create polls in the forums and groups.
