just downloaded the page builder (free acc) but can’t use it. Don’t have the page builder options in the top of the screen. I only have the woocommerce plugin downloaded, and some standard WP plugins.
The plugin is activated and i also got the settings menu on the left side.

]]>I’m testing the use of a background image with parallax with Pagebuilder, and it is looking very nice on a laptop screen. However on mobile devices – tablet or phone – the image has a large white space before and after, and there is no parallax (I can live with that if necessary). I can’t work out what’s going on here – am I missing a setting? Or is there a custom CSS I can use to shrink this white space? Thanks for any help.

]]>Unable to edit pootle slider (page builder pro) worderpress 5.3.2
Can’t live edit a slider, either one that is in current use (my link) or another slider that is saved but not currently being used.
Clicking on ‘add slide’ in live edit menu only highlights the text within the menu – won’t drag anywhere. Have tried switching mouse settings on Windows 10 from single click to double click with no difference, rebooting computer between steps.
At moment only way to edit a slider is to make a new slider. Last slider (used in link) was built/published Dec 11 2019. Everything was working then.
Also can’t add a new slider from dashboard side menu, only from top bar.

I have recently downloaded and activated the Product Pagebuilder Pro. However, when it comes to editing the product, the small icon which is meant to appear in the top left corner, which loads up the sidebar when clicked, does not appear on my page.
This youtube tutorial you have uploaded demonstrates you clicking this button at 1:20 mark. However, this same button does not appear anywhere on my page.

I just updated the plugin to the latest version and now I can’t seem to edit any of my pages, the page editor loads but nothing is displayed. Inspecting the console it looks like the page content is loading fine but none of it is visible, the only error I see is:

I’m using page builder pro in storfront pro and creating a mailchimp splash page.
The feature to hide the header and footer and side bar are excellent but I have content in the footer bar which isn’t possible to hide. Can you add that feature please or let be know some css to hide the footer bar on that specific page?

]]>Migrating site to a new server and used duplicator plugin. Everything moved, however, all the pages created with page builder are not showing when you click pages tab in admin. It lists one page, an about page. On the pages tab it lists 26 published pages Which would be the correct number, however, the only way you can see them is if you search for the page name manually. You can also see all the pages when you select a static page for the home page. When trying to view the static homepage, the main homepage does not show up. It shows up as a blank page even when you edit it by searching and republishing. It’s like the plugin is broken between servers?
]]>I’m creating a front page for my t-shirt printing site using pootlepress page builder. It’s such a great plugin but I’ve come across one problem, when I click ‘update’ the fonts are changing from the chosen google font in page builder (Amatic SC) to georgia!
The page cannot be made live yet as it’s replacing as current homepage, so here are some screen shots.

I’ve found something through google that mentions changing fonts in the customiser but it looks like there’s no longer a fonts section here. Where has it moved to?!

]]>Hi, I have been trying to figure out with Yoast what is causing editing issues, they have had a look and the javascript error is from Pagebulder. It is stopping Live Edit on product pages at the moment on the back end and also if I have both activated ( Yoast and Page builder) there is no page content front end.

I know this subject’s title might seem odd, but let me explain:
I recently switched from using Pootle to using Gutenberg on some pages of a client’s website, but I still need Pootle for some pages, as it has more options than Gutenberg for displaying columns.
However, it looks like Pootle causes malfunctions on Yoast.

This problem disapears as soon as I deactivate Pootle Page Builder.

However, when I click the Back link to close the menu, the entire page goes blank. Nothing shows. I’ve tried this in multiple browsers and get the same results. If I try to reload the page, it does not save the changes.

Today I wanted to do some changes on the page and realized that it’s not possible update my changes anymore – because the update or save button is simply missing in my toolbar at the top (there is only My Website, Reader, Write and my profile). Every time that I try to activate Pootle Pagebuilder I get the following:

I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I am running Php 5.6
]]>This is just one page with the issue, but for some pages when I press the update button in the editor, it reloads, says “page updated” but actually doesn’t save the changes.
Iv’e noticed this tends to be more with additions to a page i.e. new content block as I can edit styles and sometimes modify bits that have already saved.
This particular page it will not let me continue the list I am building as it does not save the new content block.
I’ve tried disabling every plugin except pootle, I’ve tried on several PCs and on an iPad, and using several different browsers
]]>If I make changes to my page and try to either save them or preview the changes, the new page that opens is redirected to https://paidwrite.com/wp-admin/post.php and I’m asked, “Are you sure you want to do this?” If I click ‘Please try again’ (the only option on the page) it redirects me back to the editor. Sometimes it will successfully preview and update if I make only one change at a time and sometimes it will update to the live version of the page, whether I’ve saved or not. I’ve tried deactivating all of my plugins as well and am hosting through a hatchling plan with HostGator. I really love the builder and plan to upgrade and implement it for Woo as well but I could really use your help. I’ve been building the same page for two days now. ??
