I have 2 sites and the only thing in common is your plugin
One with Avada and the other with Vantage from Siteorigin
I have activate your plugin and all widgets disappear
I deactivate the plugin and everything works fine
You may want to check it because it takes a lot of time to create all the widgets again in the sites

The widget was working fine for a while – but I just realized that the same posts have been displaying in “Most Commented” and “Most Visited” tabs for at least 2 or 3 weeks now.
What happened?

I just did a search for the term “Nike DK Zoom Snowboard Boot Review” in Google to find one of our articles:

I also tried excluding the other two categories (“news”, “politics”). But nothing changes. It either shows no posts or “standard” posts.

Running 3.8.3 and the Sahifa theme. When adding the widget to the sidebar, it pushes all widgets beneath it underneath the footer.
Secondly, when I try to move the widget up and down the sidebar, it just stays at the bottom of the sidebar.

I’d like to filter category posts displayed only for current category (for category and article pages). Seems like it would be relatively trivial, but I can’t figure out how to modify the SQL in the plugin’s functions.php to do this.
Any idea how I’d modify the plugin to filter display by active category, but leave it ‘general’ for pages like the homepage?

I am looking for a plugin to track popular posts and I am currently also using the Polylang plugin to have different language websites.
Because of this, with the most popular post plugin I will need to call the polylang custom taxonomy, for example “lang=en” in order to display only the english posts.
Do you guys have a way of working with all this?

My recent posts tab works fine, but the most viewed tab does not show my actual most viewed posts. In fact, it is showing some of my least viewed posts.
I’ve changed the “in the last” field to 500 days, so it should be capturing all time most viewed posts.
Any ideas?

I have been using the Popular Widget plugin in one of my projects. In that project I had to customize the default CSS. So I modified the functions.php at around line 52 like this:

This way, when the plugin is updated, the CSS should stay there.
Please include it in the next release of the plugin.
