When set to responsive mode: full resize, the popup doesn’t show the X button on an Android device.

If I set this to width only, it distorts the popup lengthwise and displays it, however it looks awful.

There is a helper Flag/Window for the plugin that covers the WordPress Dashboard menu items next to the Supsystic menu. It never closes or goes away and can not be closed. How can we turn this off?? It is blocking the menu and preventing from clicking on other settings not associated with the Supsystic Plugin.

Leider kann unser ansonsten 100 % zuverl?ssiges Cookiemanagement dies nicht verhindern. Es werden also vor einer m?glichen Zustimmung ein oder zwei nicht technisch n?tige Cookies gesetzt.

Bitte um Hinweise, wie man dieses Problem beheben kann. Danke!

PS: Auf der betreffenden Site ist es bis zum n?chsten Frühjahr deaktiviert, man kann das Verhalten also derzeit nicht sehen. Ich kann es aber zu einer bestimmten Zeit wieder kurz aktivieren, damit man an einer L?sung arbeiten kann.

I have problems with the popup window. If until now the popup was not working and opening a new page with about blank:blocked attribute, now the popup windows does not dissapear after closing.

The standard short code is not working, so I added the code from here https://supsystic.com/documentation/open-popup-click/

Is there a fix for these? Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(…).dialog is not a function
Initially, it seemed to come from jquery.min.js?ver=3.6.1:2 core file, but on further testing we found with all other plugins off and the theme on default, the error vanished. It only appears when the pop up plugin is enabled.

I have had this error for the past few times I try to edit the name of a popup by clicking the pencil icon in the bu bar. It causes a fatal crash and the only way out of it is to restore from a backup.

Unfortunately the PopUp by Supsystic is loading for the same time as Borlabs Cookie and will not be blocked until the Borlabs is clicked.

Is this a bug since the plugin was updated? How can I get PopUp by Supsystic DSGVO conform, please?

For anyone else like me struggling to get this to work with anything newer than 1.10.8, and with them changing image links to no longer support older versions broke your popups here is a temporary fix.

Update to the latest version,
download 1.10.8 from the plugin page,
upload the JS folder and overwrite the existing files.

After version 1.10.8 all popups stopped working, if I rollback to that version they work fine but I cannot get them to work with the latest version of the plugin. I need this for my site please assist, thank you.

After update for apache 7.4 to 8.1, now receive this errors in error_log.

There’s an issue with the plugin’s jquery. Disabling the plugin fixes the issue:
Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(…).dialog is not a function
at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (https://fastlanehr.hk/wp-content/plugins/popup-by-supsystic/js/common.min.js?ver=1.10.14)

Is there any work around to fix this issue?

Dear Supsystic Team,

since the last version of the popup plugin I get only a WordPress Critical Error when the plugin is activated.

Disabling other plugins did not bring success. Only with deactivated popup plugin the page is accessible again.

After deactivating the popup plugin the error disappeared, however then the Popup Pro plugin caused another error. After deleting the Popup Pro plugin, the page works again.

Is there an update for this plugin to solve the problem?

We are running our site under current WordPress as well as PHP 8.0.

Hi, we just renewed our subscription to this plugin and I’ve submitted several support tickets through supsystic.com but did not receive any response besides the automatic message from Zendesk. Our pop-ups lost some of their formatting, and no longer show individual statistics. Instead, the statistics tab shows data for all the plugins at once. We’re using them to track some important information so I would really appreciate some assistance if anyone can help. Thanks very much.

My plugin stopped working after the last few updates in recent weeks. I use the plugin in html mode, and I put blocks of ads in html, crashed, no html works anymore, everything goes blank and sometimes the plugin loses the data inserted.

I fix back to version 1.10.8, and report for support pro version, but for more than 11 days, the support does not respond, nor does it resolve the situation.

This plugin has reappeared in the repo without any explanation as to why it was removed. I don’t feel confident using it on a live site until I know what the issue was so I’d be grateful if someone could clarify. The changelog only says “Add fix for wp review” which is not too helpful. I think the date (year) might also be wrong in a couple of places.

Eine oder mehrere (*) der Versionen > 1.10.8 l?sen einige Fehler aus:

1. Popup wird nicht angezeigt
2. Plugins, welche zB. Parallax Effekte erm?glichen, haben keine Funktion mehr
3. Ein JS/JQuery Fehler wird gemeldet. (siehe Screenshot)

*) Anmerkung: Version 1.10.9 bis 1.10.13 konnten erst heute (in einem Arbeitsgang) updatet werden, da jedes zwischenzeitliche Update bisher fehlschlug. Fehlermeldung war meistens, das “dieses Update nicht gefunden wurde” (oder so ?hnlich)
Daher war bisher 1.10.8 aktiv; jene Version habe ich wieder eingesetzt, diese ist fehlerfrei.
Und daher kann ich auch nicht sagen, bei welcher der 5 neuen Version der Fehler beginnt …

We have a problem with a pop-up window that we created with the following settings:

• show pop-up window when page loads
• close the pop-up window when clicked outside of the pop-up
• show on one specific page only
• show the pop-up to everyone
• SHOW ONLY FOR UNITED STATES AND FOR UNITED STATES MINOR OUTLYING ISLANDS

However, the pop-up keeps showing for us here in the UK.
Any idea how to fix this?

The popup doesent work correctly, it still displays the popup after the user closes it, it continues showing on other pages.
