Site health dashboard is giving us the following error. Tracked it down to this plugin as the cause. Could you please advise a fix or release an update to fix it.
An active PHP session was detected
A PHP session was created by a session_start() function call. This interferes with REST API and loopback requests. The session should be closed by session_write_close() before making any HTTP requests.

Our site health screen shows ‘An active PHP session was detected’ when Popup with fancybox plugin is activated.
The warning isn’t shown when the plugin is deactivated.
Everything up to date.
Please advise how I can resolve this.

We have popup with fancybox configured to occasionally display messages on our homepage. A widget is added to the footer as we don’t use sidebars. The widget is set to display GROUP1 pop-ups. The problem is with session option. If set to “YES”, it’s supposed to display one per session. However, this prevents the pop-up from ever displaying even once. We currently have no choice but to set session option to “NO”, and have it appear each time a person navigates to the home page. Any insight to why this is happening would be greatly appreciated.

I am using Popup with fancybox plugin, I really need popup with the slideshow as this URL: https://www.satoriahotel.com/id/. As I checked that website also use Popup with fancybox but I don’t know there is an option in the plugin or they customize that option on their own way.

I select “Yes” for session option, to show only one time the popup on the site per session.
But the popup shows up on every page…
How is that possible?
I use the php code in the footer.php before ending of </body> tag

Although the popup does allow you to use the <form> tag, everything between <form> and </form> is erased – so all input and submit buttons are dropped when you save the popup code.
This means the plugin cannot be used for a subscribe type form.

i tried this plugin and it works pretty well !
But i cant change the sample popup or add a new one cause the “submit” button has no function. It happens nothing when i click it, no “reload-wheel” or something else. I tried it with firefox, chrome and opera.
It just does nothing.

]]>I embedded a youtube video in the popup with autoplay=1 on page load.When i load the page i hear double audio sound of that video. However when i close the video popup, another audio is been played in the background. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Pop up was working fine until I did the WordPress 4.4 update. Now the pop up appears at the bottom left of the home page with no close button. It does not pop up, rather it seems like it is a part of the main page.
Here is what it is doing if anyone has any ideas?

However, I do not see anything in her css stylesheet indicating that she was able to set a background image within her popup by editing the stylesheet. Is there another (easier?) way to set a background image for the pop-up within the html or on the wordpress settings page for this plugin, without editing the css and uploading an image to the inc folder within the plugin directory? I’m having an issue with my it has this error in console long:

I don’t get it, because it looks like it should work with JQ No-conflict, which is running and working with the rest of my plugins.
