I’m using the free version of Huge-IT Portfoli and I recently ran updates to WordPress to version 6. Now the portfolio won’t load on the page its embedded onto. It looks like its related to the Genesis Block Theme. Any idea what could be causing this? If not, I need to either rebuild the site with a new theme or get a new portfolio plugin that works with the Genesis theme.

I tried with two different WP themes, I desactivated all the plugins, in any case the portfolio is not displayed on Smartphones (Browser: Chrome).

]]>The Portfolio plugin is conflicting with the operation of Ultimate Social Media plugin. I contacted USM first but they could not come up with a resolution. The USM functions properly on all pages except the landing page which is the only one using the Portfolio. They have asked that I contact you about the problem because they cannot see the problem from there end. The social media buttons on the top right do not navigate at all. Like I said, they function just fine on the rest of the pages on the site. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I’ve purchased the pro version of “portfolio gallery”. It all works fine except…
Problem displaying on smartphones: For my first portfolio (you can find under menu “Gallery”), I used the Full-Height Blocks view. On smartphone, it’s impossible to go to the previous or next image using the arrows.
(I’m thinking that maybe it’s due to the container “image 1 of…” that is overlaying the arrow link? Would that issue be solved if we remove the container “image 1 of…”? How can I do that?)
Problem displaying on computer and smartphone: For my second and third portfolio (you can find under the menu “Services”), I used the Full-Width Blocks views. Same problem as above with the arrows on smartphone. Also, on computer+smartphone, the first image of the portfolio is never displayed!

I have three team members but they won’t stay in the same line. The third keeps bumping down into the second line. I’m using the Gallery/Content-Pop up setting. I can’t figure out what’s going on.

All my linked collection portfolios from this page https://www.journeyeleven.com/collection/ are not working. They double click option to open the pop up is not available and at the bottom of all the pages, everything this that should be in the pop ups is shown all weird.
The portfolios should be working like the ones that link from this page: https://www.journeyeleven.com/gallery/ They all work fine.
Same portfolio plugin and same themes selected for all of them. Can’t get the ones in my collection to work. They were working. Then I was experimenting with other styles within the plug in and when I changed it back to the original… it doesn’t work now.

Great plugin guys, but I’ve found a few bugs that are stopping me from being able to use it.
1) The lightbox “theme 5” does not handle wide images very well. It positions them too far to the left of the screen, which hides the left scroll arrow. This is how it tooks with a normal picture: https://nimb.ws/ErhLMq and this is how it looks with a wide picture: https://nimb.ws/Xgmfq8
2) Also the responsive mobile view of lightbox “theme 5” does not work very well. The image is placed too high, not in the centre of the screen. And the image is covering the arrow and close buttons so the user cannot see the navigation interface. We are using the Bridge theme with the elastic grid portfolio. For some reason sometimes the portfolio disappears from the page it is supposed to be displaying on. Initially when going to https://visfusion.vftestsite.com/ and https://visfusion.vftestsite.com/portfolio/ they are loaded; but if I navigate to another page then navigate back, it is no longer there unless I refresh my browser.
I have tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin, disabling my other plugins as well as testing another theme, all of which did not work.
Please help me try to resolve this.
