I wish I knew about this one some years ago when I was helping a few publishers with polishing their editorial workflows… This seems to be running just fine even now, 7 years after its last update o_0

I am using for a (free) Journal site. Excellent one!

Can take time for any good idea to evolve and manifest, but thanks creating plug-in that gets right to heart of matter.
Was surprised to notice the fork option in Advanced Custom Fields view. Since it is a custom type, it means I can now try various form layouts without losing previous revisions, a type of “undo” – a long desired feature and applicable to a range of existing plug-ins.
Maybe future versions will have possibility of tagging entire site. I have long desired the tag/branch concept for the whole site or portions of the site, not just single posts.
Peace

I can’t wait to see how Post Forking develops.
I would love to eventually see an attractive public-facing interface that actively encourages forking between sites.

The plugin is in very early stages, however it has the potential to change the world (in a manner of speaking).
