installed everything with no problems. code sets in and then i publish.
thumbnail image looks okay but when I click on the image it only shows a qtr of it. its limited and it looks like something is blocking it from showing the full picture.
even upgraded to see if it was the problem.

This is an interesting tool with lots of promise, because it offers an alternative to You Tube video posting. The transfer and conversion from my M2TS (HD/AVCHD) worked well on my test files. The problem is the short code does not work in the home page blog, only in the detailed (full) post. There is a cryptic error message about changing the EXCERPT HANDLING in the Settings but changing this option did not fix it. Insufficient info on the product website (search their forum and docs did not find any info on this error).

Cincopa asks that we register with them. i tried, more than once, & this is what i got each time.

I’ve downloaded, unzipped and loaded the file into the plugins folder. But when I want to activate on my admin plugins page, it’s not even listed. When I try to upload it directly from the admin page I get the above message.

PLEASE help. Is this a memory issue?

This plugin should not be in the WP repository. They are embedding a hidden link into every site that installs it.

First how would I be able to link directly to the images? For instance lets say I have a button in my post that says “image gallery” and I want someone to be able to click on that and open up the image gallery instead of showing in the post itself. Is this possible? I assume if this is possible then it would be possible to have that button open a lightbox with the image gallery in it?

I checked everywhere, can’t find a contact email for cincopa support. I have a cincopa installed on a client’s website and when she maxed out the photos allowed, she upgraded to the paid version and now there’s a message on the photo page that says:

Owner has activated a domain lock on this gallery. This gallery can only be seen at https://www.thewebsiteurl.com

Does anyone know how to turn this message off? I don’t even know why it’s there at all, because the URL it says in the message is correct, and that’s how it’s being accessed… Can’t find any help on this one.
