I’ve used Postmatic for several years. For months now, though, my subscribers have been reporting that they are no longer receiving posts via email. It appears they’re no longer being sent (despite their plug-in telling me, each time I post, that the post has been emailed to X-number of subscribers). I cannot determine what the problem is on my own. I have tried contacting Postmatic through their site multiple times, I’ve tweeted at them, sent them FB messages — but all to no avail. Not one single reply. If anyone from Postmatic is monitoring this, could you please get in touch ASAP? And for the rest of you, if I don’t hear back from Postmatic, what should I switch to? Thanks very much.

Updating to 2.2.9 crashed my site. After deleting the plugin and attempting to reinstall, I get this error:

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Is this plugin still being maintained? Looks like it needs a decent update to me. I wonder what its status is?

I’m writing because iThemes Security is telling me that there is a possible security issue with Replyable because you are using Freemius in the plugin, and the Freemius library has had a number of security fixes recently. It looks like Replyable has compatibility issues with the current version of WP. It’s now crashing my site when active, and it’s preventing the activation or update of all other plugins. All plugins were removed and introduced one-by-one to identify the culprit, and it’s definitely Replyable.

EDIT: Now the site appears to be up, but I still can’t activate or update any other plugin when Replyable is active.

EDIT 2: And now the site’s down again if Replyable is active. Must have been loading a cached version earlier.

Hi, I’ve just tested this plugin and it seems to work fine, but I don’t see the option I described in the topic title. Before installing the plugin I read “Users can subscribe to all comments on a post, or choose to just receive direct replies to their own comments.” Well, the only option below my articles is that of receiving notifications emails about all comments. Where am I wrong? Thanks.

I’m editing some old blog comments and hoping it isn’t triggering a bunch of emails to subscribers of comments on old blog posts.

Are emails sent when I edit an old comment on the backend?

When I choose to Unsubscribe the user is not deleted from the database of users.

I love the concept and would get one of the paid plans in a heartbeat if I saw that there was some activity in the development of this plugin.

It hasn’t been updated in over a year, the websites blog is pretty inactive and the support threads here go unanswered which all leads me to believe there’s not much happening.

I was also excited about Epoch and the promised V2 but it seems to follow the same suit as this. Is there any reason for all this?

We are putting 1 into the comment digest and it keeps defaulting back to 2 when saved. We need to receive every email and send one to the user everytime a comment is left and we can not get the setting to stick.

I liked this plugin but was unable to get any response for an issue with the paid subscription version after submitting 3 support requests via wp-admin and their website. I deactivated my subscription and have deleted the plugin. Too bad. I liked it.

There is no setting to enable replies-only mode as mentioned in the development notes for version 2.2. The “configure comments screen” is not a tab option. I am using the free version of the plugin, but according the plugin notes, this should be a “core feature.” Any suggestions?

Am I supposed to be paying Freemius? I have a deduction from Freemius by NOT Replyable. Just making sure I’m paying for your product. I love the concept. But, there’s nothing from Replyable.
