your plugin creates a blank screen and breaks my site backend,

I installed the Premise Idevaffiliate plugin in my WooCommerce WordPress for the URL: https://dwadie.com. But as soon as i tried activating it, The following error line was reported:
Fatal error: Class ‘Premise_Admin_Boxes’ not found in /home/socialma/public_html/dwadie.com/wp-content/plugins/premise-idevaffiliate-integration/admin.php on line 3

Now I can’t even have access to my Admin Dashboard. Can you please guide me on how to reactivate it and start using my idevaffiliate programme.
