I have a problem with the Image Hotspot block. On the backend, once i created a fair amount of hotspots, if i try to open the dropdown to them, it freezes loading for like 20-30 seconds depending on how many hotspots i have. I did a bit of debugging and once it is loading, it starts showing multiple alerts saying “onReady() is hard deprecated since 3.0.0″.

I found 2 issues with woo mini-cart, free version 4.10.62:

1. if you have a slider with next/previous buttons, they will overlap the mini-cart slider
2. if you delete a product, loading icon displays without deleting product. You have to refresh page.

I had posted this issue over an year ago, bringing this up again.

In the blog linked below, I had been using Media Grid, which when opened in Lightbox used to display alt title, when I first started using the plugin (upto at least version 4.9.1 it still does). After updating it to the latest version, the title is displayed instead of alt title. I’m a beginner to this, so when I initially installed the plugin, and the only thing it displayed was alt title, I went ahead with giving the caption or title I wanted displayed in the alt title slot.

When the query didn’t get a positive answer earlier, I simply downgraded the plugin, and it worked well. But unfortunately (or fortunately for the larger crowd), the newer versions have much better features (kudos to the team), so I have to utilize those. Now the issue is the lightbox displaying the title, which I have given some random words generally, and I have over 5000 images on the blog, so changing it one by one isn’t feasible either. I would really appreciate some help on this matter.

How do I disable the constant global backend ads that display upgrades to premium etc. for your plugin. I love your plugin and use it on many sites, but find that the ads are incredibly intrusive and crowd the backend of my websites. I cannot find a way to disable these ads anywhere.

Pagination is the issue on https://getpsychedsports.org/your-stories/. When the blog page is first loaded, if you hover the mouse over the pagination links, the addresses look right. And when I click on any of the page links, the blog page just reloads – and the pagination links start looking like https://getpsychedsports.org/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php/page/2/ (when hovered). Clicking on the links just reloads the page.

I’m using Elementor, Astra child theme, and Premium Addons for Elementor plugin (blog widget to display the blog posts.) Works the same way on multiple computers/browsers. Everything is at the latest version. I tried using 2024 theme and disabling most plugins (obviously I can’t uninstall Elementor and Premium Addons), and that didn’t make a difference.

Hi. I am using the Woo Products widget and not matter what the nr of products displayed is set at 9. The setting in the widget is set to 8. This does not come the Customizer.

After the update to version 4.10.57 from 4.10.56 the Blog Element is not working as expected. I had it setup like the pic below but it doesn’t fetch anything. If I change it to fetch Posts from the Source instead of Pages it works fine:

In the Elementor editing panel it is displayed correctly but on the live site it simply appears empty.

which makes the video look very small, the player super large and does not allow you to use the player buttons. I am using the “elementor” lightbox style

I did separate tests with Video Elementor and it works well.

hello, I have compatibility problems with Elementor and Elemntor Pro. In particular, as soon as I activate your plugin I lose the display of the lottie files inserted using the Elementor widget.

Hi, Recently I have installed the free version of Premium Addons for Elementor on my Website built in WordPress CMS, free elementor version and free astra theme but when I activate this plugin Elementor builder not work. I am using WooCommerce v.9.3.1 With custom Astra theme and WordPress v.6.2.2.

Once I update the plugin to v. 4.10.53, when the user clicks on the shopping cart icon, a side modal with the content of the cart is displayed, but the content is empty. So, you can’t see what is in the cart (although there are items in the cart) and also the buttons at the end of the modal “Back to the store” and “Check in” are not displayed as well.

When I add Advanced Carousel Vertical Layout and after all image scrolling completed it’s show a space. It doesn’t look good. Is there have any way to solve this issue. Thank you!

Hello, we recently updated to WordPress 6.6.2, and I am no longer to see any magic scroll text elements that I’ve built out for the site. One is on the page linked above, overlayed on the hero image, and there we similar text blocks built out (as templates) for the other pages as well.

I checked settings, etc and everything looks ok. Hoping you’re aware of this snafu and can recommend a solution. Thanks!

1. Home page
2. Blog page (slug: /blog)

I’m ignoring sticky posts on the home page (which is exactly what I need as I’m displaying the 10 latest posts on the home page).

However, on my /blog page, I need it to just show the latest posts on top. However, no matter what I do, the sticky posts are showing on top.

This looks to be a bug since when I click next to go to the next page, come back to the 1st page, the blog roll is showing the latest posts on top like I wanted. However, it goes back to the initial state (showing sticky posts on top) once I refresh the /blog page.

I have been experiencing strange issue with carousel in the elementor pages.
When i select carousel addon on the backend page it doesn't show up on the page and when i publish and see the live page there also the carousel section opacity is zero.
On old version we don't have some additional css.

Could you please why we have this CSS and provide me a solution.

When I scroll down, the carrousel does not disappear neatly under the navigation menu, but over the menu. Can I solve that?

P.S.: I don’t know if it has something to do with it, but due to another issue I recently changed the breakpoint for tablet to 700. Before, when it was 767 (I think), it showed 2 columns in the editor, but on the frontend it equally did not work and looked, as it does now. Any advice would be great.
