I moved across to Pressable (WordPress A++++ Hosting) about a year ago and have never looked back. Outstanding service value and now with this little gem of plugin migrations are as simple as Copy-Paste x 3 + CLICK! Grab a coffee and by the time you’re finished, so is your site migration.

The Plugin offers an easy way to migrate a WordPress site to Pressable. Notice that all existing users will get overwritten. Means after migrating the Pressable Contributors have no Site User anymore. Means you have to recreate them in the WordPress admin page or remove and re invite them over the Pressable Panel.

I have used migration/staging plugins before which broke most of the features of my websites during the transfer process. I thought that this was just a given and expected to experience the same utilizing this plugin. To my delight, the website transferred over with no issues whatsoever. I was able to transfer from a DigitalOcean server to Pressable in less than 24 hours.

The Pressable migration plugin worked like a charm. One thing to remember is that you will need to credentials from your pressable account site settings page and the migration tab for it to work properly. I wish they can add the information somewhere on the plugin page.
Other than that, it works like a charm, updates the URLs by itself and makes life much easier.

We’re migrating our hosting from AWS to Pressable. Because we did not have the usual management tools installed MyPHP & MySQL control screens, we were very concerned that the migration would require much preparation on our part.

Pressable technical support (who are wonderful, by the way) told us about this plugin.

We installed the plugin and followed the instructions. Filled out five fields and clicked Migrate. Everything came over fine!

If you are migrating to Pressable, definitely check out this migration method even if you have the usual admin tools installed.
