Used your great plugin and now I see the pricing tables don’t show

On frontend I saw this which I had the same problem

but ok, I have to sacrifice speed until we can fix it.

I have been using your plugin for a very long time, never had any problems with it until today. Suddenly I noticed that some of the tables do not display on the site, https://3surfschool.pl/1.png but surprisingly they are visible after logging into the wordpress panel https://3surfschool.pl/2.png.

I realized the text area for the label for the last column in our table got deleted somehow but how do I place it back in?

I needed to add some new rows to the table and when I did so I was anticipating it would let me drag or reorder the rows somehow, but it didn’t allow me. I figured how to add rows where I want the content to be, but it won’t let me delete the extra rows at the bottom of the table. How do I do this without having to recreate the whole table again?

The PRO edition of the pricing table on our website https://www.legrandcrm.com keeps randomly losing its activated status; when you look at the license tab for the plugin it says it has expired, although it hasn’t. If you click activate it immediately re-activates. It’s a pain as when it drops into de-activated the page with the table on doesn’t load properly so I have to check daily that it’s working. Please advise why this is happening and what is required to correct the problem.

1. Is there a way to copy/paste icons or text from one cell to another?

2. Is there a way to select entire columns and clone and/or delete?

I am trying to completely delete the plugin Pricing Table by Supsystic so I can start over with the correct ID numbers.

I have deactivated it and then removed it.
I have also tried to find any related entries in the database but I was not able to find them all.

When I re-install the plugin the Table ID’s start where they left off.

Is there an easier way to get the Table ID’s to start at 1 again?

When using your plugin of 1.9.9 version with WP 6.2.2 and PHP 8.2.7 I notice the following error in standard log (when WP_DEBUG_LOG is on):

I customized EB Pricing Table down to the last detail but everything concerning the graphic style from the standard settings and not directly from the CSS is not saved, the text and functions are saved correctly but the colors remain as the default style, I cleared the cache of server and browser, I checked the console for any errors or CSS incompatibilities and the only error on the page is: to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404

However, I just detected that, when the page with the table is first opened, the prizes are all not visible, just a few dots, please see my short video, so you can understand what I mean:

Only after clicked on it once, the prizes appear.
When I refresh the page, it happens all over again.
I cleared all cache, does not make a difference.

A column when hovered by a mouse cursor is linked with example.com/#. If a user clicks a column he is redirected to the top of the page. This is not desired bahavior. There is no option to change it, even in HTML editor there is no code with url for whole column redirection.

We have been using the plugin for a year now it’s all good but recently we got fined for using google fonts and the tables were causing this. So to correct this i check the design setting on table to find an inherit option for font family but there is no such option neither save font local as well.

What can we do?

PHP version PHP 7.3 is deprecated, and will no longer be supported/protected as of November of this year. I would like to have my WordPress website running to a supported version of PHP, which would be PHP 8 at a minimum. I use the Pricing Table by Supsystic plugin on my website and it is not compatible with PHP 8. When I activated the website under PHP 8, I could not edit any content page as it was completely white/blank. Can your team please address these issues as soon as possible?

I have a database I can convert to any file format.
We are pretty much after a 3 condition price comparison
companyX, Product name, price.

Ideally its a search filter for simular matches or filters like oil* (20 different products with oil in it)

Can this plugin do this in the search?

we have over 60000 products across 25 main distribution networks. and many sell the same product at different prices.

Is this what your product can do. All our data is unique in structure.

Good morning!
It seems we are no longer able to edit any of the tables we have made.
We have about 7 tables and we periodically change some of the text or pricing, but this has now all stopped working. Usually we click on the text to modify and proceed with the changes but not working.
What is also strange is that none of the interface buttons are working. We cannot clone the table, cannot edit CSS, cannot edit in HTML etc.
We have tried using latest version of Chrome, Safari. No different.
It will let us create a “new table”, but then again, not possible to edit or do anything with it.
Any help is very much appreciated.

The table breaks on a mobile device. Before this version, everything was displayed perfectly.

Hi, I used HEX to select header text colour on the plugin but when used on the main site the colour doesn’t show up as it should be. I checked the link with screenshot in other thread but the links are broken.
