Are we able to just print like normal locally without setting up a separate cloud account or using credits etc? or is your third party connection to your servers a requirement to use the plugin and print woo orders?
]]>Hello, we now use a Dymo Woocommerce plugin that unfortunately has been abandoned by the maker. It still works, but we hope that we can switch to your plugin instead.
Your plugin has this option: Adds Manual Print Button Option on WooCommerce Orders & Details Page
Great. What we need besides a Dymo print button on each order page, is the feature that when we print an address label from a certain order page, that that order automatically gets a status change from processing to completed. Is that a feature that your plugin has? That would be really awesome, as this saves us so much time currently. Kind regards, Gerske
]]>Good afternoon,
I have an EPSON TM-m30II thermal printer, and when I click Test Print or print an order, I’m only getting the lower left corner (see below):
I’ve tried all sorts of custom margins (2mm and 5mm), widths (56mm, 74mm, 80mm) and heights (0mm, 10mm, 40mm), but to no avail.
Please advise, thank you.

]]>Hello Support,
“Print woocommerce orders using any pos printer directly connected to the laptop (Do Not want any cloud printing, all will be manual printing like normal) ? “
I am using the free version of your plugin for an e-commerce website. My question is, I want to use this plugin to print invoices using the default printer connected with the Windows OS of my laptop or desktop computer. I don’t want any online printing option to use. SO,
Can I use this plugin just for normal printing using a pos printer?
For that, still should I need to create an account on BizSwoop?or not?
Let me know.
Thanks.

I have updated my plan from free (used for testing) to the Pro Plan. I have seen no chance in the wordpress print manager setting which would allow me to us the Shipping Mapping feature.
Secondonly when i upgraded the plan and added my CC for payment i recieved no payment confirmation but on the dashboard it does indicate the change to Pro.
What is the correct procedure to upgrade and get access to included features

]]>Since Wed Oct 6th, some print jobs fail, while others are printed just fine.
Manual reprinting the failed jobs per debug option result in a fail.
Reprinting other jobs is no problem.
It seems that Bizswoop intermittently generates print jobs that for unknown reasons fail to print.
Can you trace and debug why the following jobs failed?

Hi,
For very large orders when a customer ticket is printed it displays the subtotal, tax, payment method and total in the middle of the ticket before listing the rest of the items.
I assume this is to do with the ticket being quite long but i would like to know if there is any way i can stop this from happening and just let the ticket print as long as it needs to be.
Thanks,

Hello,
Is there any update plannified in order to make your plugin compatible with the “Woocommerce Delivery & Pickup Date time” plugin ?
I miss the date and time order when i print with your Print manager and it is a very important information for us to deliver our products to the final customer.
Thank you.
Since the last update the printing has started to print outside of the paper width, currently making this plugin unusable as it’s chopping off important order information. I have the layout size at 56mm x 0mm and entered 0 for all margins. The printer is a starmicronics MCP20. As mentioned, it was working okay previously.
]]>Hello,
Since last upgrade to 4.0.18, my order are printing to 57mm format instead of 80mm format on my order printer. It was working fine before the upgrade. I tried to force to 80mm (or leave at 0mm for autmatic printer format) in the settings but it does not seems to work.
Any ideas ?
Best Regards.
