Not only a GREAT, and very customizable plugin (even the free version accepts a logo and creates beautiful, full color invoices and packing slips), the service is spectacular. Personally, I generally don’t use even good products if they don’t have excellent support. The “rubber meets the road” when you have a problem. These people responded FAST and helped me even with the free version. I’m looking at upgrading a number of my clients to the paid version because their product and support are so good.

I’ve spent WAY too much on Woocommerce extensions (why is everything so pricey these days, even for the simplest tasks?). So I fully expected I’d need to spend a hundred bucks annually to have printable shipping labels and packing slips (a feature I really would think Woocommerce should provide by default).
Imagine my surprise when I discovered WebToffee! This is a freemium plugin, to be sure, but even the free version works so nicely out of the box. I couldn’t be happier. I was printing invoices and labels within minutes of install.
In fact, I plan on upgrading to one of their many premium plugins, just to show appreciation (and yeah, add some advanced features). Thank you, guys, for restoring my faith in Woocommerce plugins!

After using another pdf-invoice-plugin for years I tried this as my old one stopped working correctly on one site I managed, and now I’m moving many of my sites towards this plugin instead.
The reason for this is the ability to get product images on the invoice, I can also change or hide text that is not relevant for each case, for example, due to different setups, it’s not relevant to show the word “Invoice” on the document since invoices are being created in another program, and in this plugin I can change the word or hide it completely which very much fulfill my needs.
Lots, for many cases enough, customizationsoptions in the free version, and if more is needed, not too pricy for addons.

Had a case where the client wanted to see quantities on the invoice as well, this solved the issue and gives better control over the invoice fields than the standard woocommerce invoices. Thanks devs, you guys did an awesome job ??
