Hi,
can you plase make Print, PDF and email icons sigificantly bigger and add more space between them?
They used to be bigger, but you decided do make them so small that they’re hardly visible right now.
It’s wasn’t a good change.
]]>Hello, the button does not appear on the posts (even though “post” is selected), but only on the pages (when it is selected in the button area). If it is manually inserted using a shortcode, the button does appear, but an image from a completely different post is shown for printing. However, this image is always the same, regardless of which post the shortcode is inserted into.
]]>Hi there,
I am using your shortcode [printfriendly current="yes"]
in my php template. When I click “print” I wouldn′t forward to printfriendly page, instead the normal windows dialog will open to print my page. Is this feature only available in PRO version? Because the output of the normal dialog result shows some appearance issues.
Hope for your reply.

Hi,
It has come into our attention that “Print, PDF & Email by PrintFriendly” is forcing outline
to be none
in CSS for the print link.
Approach like this is not good for accessibility because its impossible to tell that link has received focus. Do you think its possible to fix this issue in future version of the plugin?
Thank you!
]]>Hi,
I am a user of your pro version plugin and I have 2 problems:
1) I noticed that many users raise the issue of the inability to open a printout in a new window. This would be a very useful feature. Is it possible that you will add it to the plugin soon?
2) For several days, the print preview has been displayed incorrectly – under the bar in the print options there is a large semi-transparent space and only below that there is an image. I reported this problem by e-mail a few days ago and it was supposed to be solved, but unfortunately it has not happened so far. This is a serious bug and it would be good to resolve such issues faster.
]]>Hello,
How can i make it so that when someone clicks the button it opens in a NEW page instead of the same page?
When I print the page, the document isn’t pullin gin the main featured image of the post page, but an old image I had used as the site’s main featued image which i had replaced 6 months ago.
Any fixes for the above?
thanks,
matt
Our hosting service protects my site from malicious bots and traffic and such. PrintFriendly appears to be malicious because your bot or user-agent appears to be from the ancient “Chrome 58” browser. And so PrintFriendly doesn’t work on my site.
Can you update your “browser” to something more modern, that isn’t associated with malicious traffic? Maybe “Chrome 120” instead?
Thanks!

When using the plugin, the colorful icon with a face appears on all pages of the final product. ]]>Hej there,
since some weeks I have a problem with the Plugin. When saving Posts as PDF in the Preview-Lightbox everything looks fine. But after saving the PDF it shows my favicon of the website in super large; it fills one whole page. The favicon itself isn’t important, so a possible fix would be to exclude it from the PDF, but I cannot find any option for that.
Can you help?
Thank you very much!

]]>I found a 2012 article from PrintFriendly saying you just need to ‘untick the JavaScript box’ to make the print/pdf button open in a new window, but that must be outdated because that JavaScript box no longer exists, so I’m trying to figure out how to open it in a new tab instead of forcing visitors to leave the site when they click the button? (particularly as there is no back-button to prompt them back to the site)

Hi again, first of all I really appreciate the support received so far.
I’m experiencing a random issue related to the size of the text and the images I am printing. Depending on how wide the images are the overall text in gets printed bigger or smaller.

Hi there,
I’m using the button display shortcode [printfriendly current=’yes’] because I want it to be displayed only on a specific page. I removed the option of showing the button on all the pages and posts from the settings. Now, if I download/print the pdf of the page, the custom CSS works only partially, but if I show the button on all the pages, the custom CSS works fine. Can you help me with this?
Thank you!
