Products they have are limited compared to other POD vendors. I have “out of stock” errors and there’s no documentation to support this. Support isn’t readily available, says they will get back to you the next day. So not the best experience.

Thank you for always the best service. Not only is the quality of the product the best, but the prompt response of the support center staff is also the best. Also, your YouTube and blog are always used as a reference for our business. One point to confirm, I would like to work on sneaker design, but when will it be possible? I sent an e-mail to you, but I have not received any reply, so I will take this opportunity to contact you. Finally, it seems that our customers are also grateful for all of your high-quality products, printing technology, delivery schedules and more. We look forward to working with you in the future.
