I really like the look of this plugin, and will gladly buy the pro version, however I’m concerned that it has not been updated for 10 months. Johnny, are you still supporting this plugin and will you be updating soon?
]]>On your website, I saw this information about Churns: (https://wpjohnny.com/wpj-reports-for-memberpress/ )
Does this mean we can’t see the churn rate for memberships? Or what does it mean when you say ‘not members’?
I have clients subscribing with a monthly or yearly pass (Memberships) to access my vault membership and I’d like to see the churn rate stats so I can work on encouraging people to stay longer or upgrade.
If this feature is only available for products but not for Memberships in Memberpress, the Pro version wouldn’t be of much help for me.
Thank you!
]]>Hi there,
Any chance to add member demographics in the reports? I can’t believe MemberPress won’t let me know, at the bare minimum, how many members are in which country. This would be quite useful in informing future marketing efforts / retention efforts.
2 more ideas:
Of course it would be great to have the above in the free plugin, but I am considering the premium version (waiting for that youtube video or at least screenshots to see what the Churn reports look like).
Thanks!!

]]>Hi there
I downloaded this plugin, and it looks great. However, it seems like it is not reflecting the currency setting in MemberPress or WordPress, as everything is displaying in US$. I’m in the UK, so this isn’t good for me. Will there be a fix for this? Or am I missing something?
Thanks
Mike
]]>I have been researching membership plugins for a week and it’s really annoying how most of them are not suitable for business. Decided to settle on memberpress but didn’t buy it yet. Found your plugin by Googleing for reports.
Anyway, one feature missing from all plugins is ability to bulk download pdf invoices by date range. We need this to do accounting for vat every quarter.
Memberpress has a pdf addon but no bulk download. I thought you might me interested to know that and maybe add it to the pro or separate plugin.

]]>After activating this plugin, the version parameter in our site is removed causing caching issues. I disabled this plugin for now.
Please fix
We purchased the Premium version but when we try to install the license key, it gives us the following error message “This appears to be an invalid license key for WPJ Reports for MemberPress (Premium).” I’ve tried several times over the past 4 days but no go. Please help!?
]]>Does your paid plugin offer any export functionality and if so will it be able to export User details alongside Subscription (member levels from MemberPress) and their expiry dates from the Transactions? We have found that to merge these reports is WAY too cumbersome so hoping your plugin will do the trick. Happy to pay if it will.
]]>Great plugin!
Would it be possible to add another chart that shows recurring revenue vs revenue from subscription creations? I’m imagining a chart that looks just like the current one where you can choose which products to look at, but instead of separating the revenue from different products in the chart, separate recurring revenue (2nd transaction or later) from signup revenue (1st transaction).
]]>What would be an estimate of the cost to add a churn rate calculation for each month/year on a per product basis for all recurring products?
]]>Hello, I use “MemberPress Courses” plugin.
When I go to wordpress user profile, I can see this information about the user courses, including his %progress: https://i.imgur.com/iXuM1Iu.png
But Memberpress does not provide any other course reports or stats from the admin view.
Suggestion for ProReports: you should add a summary of ALL students progress in each course, without entering one by one profile.
One solution could be to show a table with this data:
student email, enrolled course name; enrolled date, last login date; %CourseProgress
Just a suggestion!
]]>Thank you treeflips. I really love your plugin. Your plugin provides better data than basic reports from memberpress. I really appreciate it.
Since I use rupiah or IDR, can I change the $xxx symbol to Rp. xxx?
Thank you ??
]]>What would be an estimate of the cost to add the following features:
I would like a report that lists the following when you select one or more memberships:
member email | Last Name | First Name | membership | expiration date of membership
I would also like this to be able to be exported in CSV format.
Is this possible? And if so, what would an estimated cost for development be?
Thanks ??
I can read and write English a little.

Wondering how hard it would be to adapt the Memberpress Pro reports plugin for the following case:
We have a membership system with multiple kinds of memberships (annual, monthly and different levels).
At least once a month we want to:
– See who’s membership is about to expire and make sure their needs are being met – increasing the likelihood of renewal
– As people expire we need to ensure that they’re removed from other systems outside Memberpress/Wordpress
I can’t find a way to do this. Ideally I would stay in wordpress and make two selections:
– Which memberships to filter on -> checkbox or multi-select from a list
– Expiration date range – allowing to see people who’re about to expire and who have already expired
To do this today, I try exporting all users to a CSV however the memberships field is populated by numbers that are hard to fathom (I assume its membership types ‘or’ together i.e. “Monthly” | “Course 1”). Whatever this is, it is impossible to use for filtering.
I’ve also tried exporting “Monthly” and “Annual” members, then combining the two spreadsheets however this is also a massive kludge.
]]>HI There,
I have installed the plugin, but its not showing any data, any ideas?
Thanks
