I am experiencing an issue with the thumbnail gallery on my website. When I set the gallery position to the left in the settings, it does not appear on the left side of the main image. Instead, the gallery is displayed below the main image and arranged vertically.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? Let me know if you need any additional information or access to troubleshoot further.
Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi:
I’m currently working on rebuilding a WooCommerce site using a block theme – I’m working on a clone in staging area as the live site is older and uses a classic theme.
I’m using the WOWStore Wishlist. If I click on the Wishlist heart up in the row below the menu, but don’t have anything in it, the page says “Your Wishlist is Empty” and below it is a “Continue Shopping” link. The “Continue Shopping” link looks “live” – it seems to show up normally in source code, but it doesn’t go anywhere.
If there’s an item IN the wishlist and you go to check it, there’s an “All Add to Cart” link, and a “Continue Shopping” link, and those links do work.
Any help appreciated!
No matter what currency I use eveything is good until I get to the final checkout page and at the bottom is shows the Total cost just above the payment button with the correct currency symbol but then say USD for US Dollar after it. Is there just a simple fix to remove or hide the USD word after the total I have looked at doing this with CSS but that hides the total cost as well.
Example:
Total £48.21 USD
Total $48.21 USD
Total €48.21 USD

So far the support team have been pretty much useless, I have one response asking for more informaiton, which I provided, and have had no reply. My questions/support queries are not that difficult, so was hoping that I could get some help here.
Question 1
The ProductX grid has the option to show Categories for each product, but rather than create a link back to the page you’re on, and show just the categories selected, it uses the WooCommerce product-categories page, which is a rubbish user experience, how can this be changed, other than removing the link. This feels like an incomplete feture at present.
Question 2
I have a specific page with products of a specific category, using the feature in the grid component. I then want to be able to filter products, but would like to make a filter available for only the sub-categories, which is the only way this really makes sense, why would you restrict the grid, and then the filter be able to show all categories? You can do this but it doen’t work, as the original grid is restricted to a specific category. So how can you deal with this?
I don;t think that this product reallty consider how it migth be used and consider some very basic, and expected examples, which is shame, as the ‘feature’ list doesn’t relly indicate any restrictions or limitations, or provide a list of things that don’t work as a developer would expect.

Hi there,
I am slowly making progress on my website borealisamps.com. Now I seem to have a new issue that recently popped up. When adding an item to the cart through the store “add to cart” icon overlaying the image- the page hangs and cannot be scrolled. This then affects other page functionality. Any hints on a resolution?
Thanks,
Dale

]]>Hello, I’m using the Kadence theme and creating a Single Product template with ProductX. I’ve noticed in the builder that it has a panel with the Kadence page settings (it’s labeled “Builder Settings” but I recognize it as the options offered in Pages and its unique to Kadence.).
See Screenshot: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/m8zccjtnwbz22yd7srvm5/productx-kadence-page-settings.png?rlkey=nubhiajv16175oa49ldhjmlbe&dl=0
I’ve tried choosing settings in this panel, and though the template saves, when I return to it they are all still default. Is the ProductX builder compatible with these settings in Kadence? (Maybe the settings aren’t even supposed to be there, or maybe Kadence isn’t functioning properly with ProductX?)
If they are not compatible, is there a place I can add Kadence classes to the entire wrapper element so inherits the container top and bottom padding, as well as the dropshadow styling?
For context, here is the Kadence product page unaltered, with the container style I want to reproduce:
https://bostontaxinstitute.com/product/reporting-loan-forgiveness-on-form-1120-s-and-schedule-k-1-live-video-conference/
And here is the new product page using ProductX single product template I’m building: https://staging2.rb-com.com/product/reporting-loan-forgiveness-on-form-1120-s-and-schedule-k-1-live-video-conference/

First of all a lot of compliments for your job.
I don’t understand if I can use your single blocks in a Gutenberg theme template or in any page: for example in the single product template or in a simple contact page.
In my specific case I created shop page with your builder as template, now I would like use only image product block in standard gutenberg single product template. If I use it, I can see the block in the frontend, but it not works. Can I do it? I’m using Twenty Twenty-four Theme.

On my shop-page the product-categories are shown. However, if I click on this the default template is shown instead of the ProductX template. How to fix this? Is there something missing in my (custom) template?
Note 1: It is a Dutch shop so the URL says: …/product-categorie/…
Note 2: The Workshop-category shows 5 products but if you click on it, Woocommerce reports no products. Is this related to the described issue?
Any help is appreciated.
Kind regards, Dirk

]]>Hi,
I use the Divi theme, but only for the header and footer. I create my pages using the Gutenberg editor. I’ve created a template for a single product using the WooCommerce builder. Unfortunately, the template doesn’t display in the frontend as I designed it. I’ve also followed this guide

Many thanks in advanced!
