I’ve been trying to give my product images a box shadow and rounded corners without any luck… Can you please help with the carousel at the bottom of this page thank you? Below is what I was trying but it doesn’t work:

My shop use € currency and shows price in this format “29,90 €”
but in the slider it shows me currency like that “€29.90”. I want to make like my shop listing => currency after price and change the “.” with the “,”

Hi, just installed this plugin, but after creating Carousels for the only 3 categories of products allowed on the free version none of these are working. I’m hoping that there is something that I am overlooking and it’s a simple fix. I have tested with deactivating all non-essential plug ins and the same problem still persists. What is the normal cause of this, and what is the next step?

some attributes still in the in product and I want to get out of them
like delete them but still there for each product in the loop , it is copied in each one

I’ve been using this plugin for some time on a website. I tried upgrading the site to multisite, and I noticed the plugin does not work in multisite environment – it shows an error in the admin dashboard:

> WooCommerce plugin is not activated. Please install and activate it to use WooCommerce Product Carousel Slider Plugin.

The WooCommerce plugin IS activated and working, though. Is there an option for this plugin to work with multisite?

I have an issue concerning the automated resizing of the images in your carousel.
I ticked ‘resize and crop’ automatically and entered the size in widht and height I wanted. Nevertheless, some pictures are not resizing automatically which makes it look really strange overall.

Can you please help me with that issue ?

Hi, i have trying to buy the premium version for your site, but it is painfully slow.

there is bugs if the slider showing more than 3 items under carousel like total sales, rating, and add to cart button. The buttons are overlaying each other. and the button distance are far from each other.

Hello, first thanks for this awesome plugin. The filtering functionality by categories is unique and wonderful.

I have only minor problem, the arrow button icons don’t work on mobile devices (arrow-rigth and left) and I don’t know why.

I do not use cache, I have no conflict with plugins, I disabled jetpack’s image acceleration feature.

Do you know what it can be? Can you help me?

Hi, I still see 4 products at a time in mobile version, but in the settings I set “1”

I would like to know when the product is without image, if I can put a default photo, because if not misconfigure the alignment

ps: I have the pro version

All 3 of these products have the same settings but yet the one button has a different color scheme than the rest. The other 2 buttons match the colors that I picked in the settings for the carousel.

I am using the premium version of this plugin.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have even tried changing the themes and this issue still occurs even with other carousel themes being used.

Not sure if there is a conflict with some other plugin.

Wordpress version: 5.2.2
Woocommerce version: 3.5.6
Plugin version: 3.4.0

How to reproduce:

Create carousel with these options:

Product Type: On Sale Products

Exclude Stock-out Products from the query: Yes

Result: Carousel shows Out of Stock products with OOS ribbon and Read more button (not excerpt link. Display Excerpt is off)

Changing the exclude option to No and saving does not change the list.

Is there a reason why this happens. Is there an easy fix?

We are trying to fix a clients site. They currently have WooCommerce Product Carousel Slider v2.0 installed and we’re trying to update to v 3.3.2, but when we update the plugin the site crashes. Please help.

A nice plugin, I have not installed it yet. It doesn’t seem that I can select which products to show in each carousel. Would this be possible?

I need to show the different categories in the slider but I can’t find the way to do that (only to show Products of specified categories). Is there any way to just show the categories?

I’ve purchased the plugin because I thought that this was a Premium feature, but maybe I misunderstood that with the option of showing products BY category. However, the extra features are useful.
