I’m sure that the Cron is enabled, due the fact i talked to the host provider. I have this issue only on this website. Can you give me an idea why is it happening and how to resolve it? If this might help – this is a multiwebsite installation.

Hi. Using WPML+Curcy plugin (Multi Currency for WooCommerce). According to EU laws, for each country there’s different VAT. Setting Italian VAT value (22%) while default in store was 23%, it modifies price. Product price is 79 eur. Setting Exclude Tax : will show 64,23 EUR. Setting Include (basic) gives 78.36 EUR. For default currency all is fine.

How is it possible to maintain HTML formatting in the product description when the Feed is generated?

Because when parsing the XML, it removes any and all formatting.

Because in Meta the description is all together, without any space, line or separation, it is very difficult to read the content in the store.

I have installed Product Catalog Feed for woocommerce by Pixel your Site plugin. I am trying to generate a product feed. but there is an error I am getting

Hello. Facebook localization feed need column “override” in which i need to insert country code, but you plugin does not create that column.

in the pro description here you tell the pro version can Filter products by tags

but in the product page it says “Exclude variations from your feeds, control how “grouped” and “bundle” product work, filter products by category, product type, stock, or sale.”

Can I filter products by tag? It is important in my case.

I have been getting the following warning in my wp admin of my WC site:
Product Catalog Feed: Feeds won’t be generated if your WordPress Cron is disabled, or if your website is password protected.

I had previously disabled the wp cron via the wp toolkit of my host’s, but now I have enabled that again, I have reset the htaccess to the wp default one, I have removed the 0,30 * * * * wget -q -O – https://mysite.com/wp-cron.php?doing_wp_cron >/dev/null 2>&1 rule from my host’s crontab, I have deactivated and deleted the crontrol wp plugin which I had installed, and I have verified that my site is not password protected in any way. However I have been unable to get rid of said message, which is still present on every admin page that I load.

I have also Adtribes’ Product Feed Elite plugin installed alongside yours, and initially I thought this might be an issue with their plugin, so I contacted them first. They advised I deactivate and activate their plugin again, which I did, but it did not help. Thaw was a hint to look towards the direction of your plugin. I tried the same solution with yours, and at first it appeared like it was the solution, however a little later the notice came back.

I would like you to assist me with this please, as it is becoming really annoying, and perhaps there might be actual issues with how the plugin is performing with the feed generation also.

Please review and advise. I will look forward to hearing from you soon.

I am looking for a solution here for this problem, I have the premium version (I bought the plugin yesterday) and I wrote to the author. I have not received a response yet, the truth is that it is frustrating not to have documentation that helps to quickly resolve these problems.

Basically my catalogs fail in all Merchant Center accounts because they don’t have that field assigned.

If someone solved it somehow, please share.

I mistakenly deleted my old FB catalog where I had 1700 products and one variable each product (so one variable product in website create one product for all viariable on fb).
Now I can’t create a new one with the same settings ?? If i create one I have like 20 identical products, one for each variable I have.

Custom value with a prefix like “LN” + “SKU”

But I did not find a way to set it like this way, would you let us know whether it is possible please?

Usually we map different extra fields based on local categories, for example, only google appeal categories require age_group and gender fields, we would like to map male to mans categories, and map “female “ to women’s categories.

But, “Map extra fields” is plugin global settings, and there is no “Map extra fields” in feed file level.

In this case, if we create different feed file for different categories, and we always need change once again one by one, and mapped extra fields will be overwritten if feed files are set to be auto refresh daily.

So, anyway to Map extra fields in feed creating process or feed level for different local categories please?

Is it possible to tell the plugin to work with the google_product_category number instead of the breadcrumbs?

I always used your free plugin with success but when I updated 4 days ago it messed all my XML file.
I had near 2K products and now it shows 9K products and they are without description or “new” as a status and FB reject all.
I attach my XML file before update and after.
If i miss something I really appreciate your help. If not please tell me ho to downgrade

I get daily fatal errors in my logs when I have the plugin auto update the feed.
