Impossible to make the plugin work, there is no watermark on the product images

I added new products to the Woocommerce. But watermark is not showing on them. The images are in jpg format.
Please suggest.

I’ve added a watermark to my images and it’s about a thousand images but the size of the watermark was wrong and it covers the whole image. and I want to remove it. is there any way to do that?
