I appreciate that I can add a Q&A tab to WooCommerce products and that I can respond to from the product page, and I appreciate even more that customers receive an automatic reply when I answer those questions. It’s a simple plugin and I had great customer service response when I asked a question.

I am testing it and it is very easy to use. The only thing I think it would need is a notification system for new questions on the dashboard. The email notifications can fail at some point and it would be good to leave at least a log of new questions (something like what Flamingo does with CF7).

Of this type of plugins it is the most complete and best developed that I have tried, the basic functionalities work and the plugin can be used and be useful in woocommerce, it has some details that I do not worry about being solved quickly since it has excellent support for part of your developers, congratulations and thank you very much for this very useful plugin!
