]]>Hi! I got the Product Recommendation Quiz for WooCommerce plugin recently and I noticed a ‘data-timeout’ cookie set and with the value ‘false||false’. This cookie related to this plugin because when I disable the plugin the cookie is not set anymore.
Since it matches one of our rules for SQL_INJECTION, it leads to a blocked request (status = 403). I would like to know why is this cookie important for the plugin and if this is the expected behavior. Is it possible to disable it?

The plugin is awesome, unfortunately I couldn’t make some minor changes via CSS, maybe you guys can help me with that.
1. The X button in the upper right corner of the quiz is not visible, I would like to give the X a dark color, but I have trouble finding the CSS class for the X.
2. During quiz choices, when I click on one option, the checkmark symbol is barely visible. Same thing as question 1, I’d like to give that a darker color.
3. At the results page I would like to replace the “add to cart” button text with the German equivalent. Any idea how I can change the text?
Via CSS didn’t work at the button, but for the “read more” it worked.
I used this code for it:

It would be awesome if you guys helped me out, I’m at my wit’s end here and sadly the plugin doesn’t offer easier solutions on how to style these 3 things.

Why is there still a message I need to disable WMPL?

We are trying to install your plugin in order to test it, but we are also running into the problems as other users have reported on this support forum.
I have followed your recommendations on this page:

- I have changed the characters in the approval URL.
- I have granted full access to “Unauthenticated user” for the REST API.
- There does not seem to be a problem with the JSON format.
The only thing remaining is that we are trying to test your plugin on a staging installation instead of the live website. Is there a specific reason why your plugin “needs to be installed on a live website” as you state on the above mentioned page?
Does your plugin check whether an installation is marked as being “staging”? and why would the process of getting this plugin working fail under this circumstance? After all, that’s a main purpose of having a staging installation, to test plugins before making a decision whether to use them on the live installation. But you state that it has to be installed on the live website.
So we are left with the question: “Why?”

After activating the plugin i went to give access/ auth. for this plugin from woocommerce, after clicking approve i’m getting error an error occurred in the request and at the time were unable to send the consumer data.

we’ve added new products to the shop and would like to include them in the quiz (under the Link Products tab) but we can’t select them.
We’ve updated the plugin to the latest version + disabled caching plugin hoping it would resolve the issue but it didn’t.

]]>Hi, I noticed that a product I had on the website as a test was showing up in the quiz results so I deleted it (as we didn’t need it anymore) but it is still showing in the quiz results. I’m not sure how as the product now doesn’t exist on the website, when you click on it from the results page it says page not found. I recently installed the plugin on my client’s website, but the plugin throws the following error message when I click on it: “There’s an issue with the WPML Multilingual CMS plugin which interferes with the authentication process of other plugins. Please deactivate the WPML Multilingual CMS plugin temporarily, you can reactivate it later. More info here.“
The site does not have WMPL installed on it, we use Polylang. Also checked the other non WPML related issues following the link, and all the json data are correct. As we do not use WPML, I could not check the encoding issue.
Any idea on how to proceed is much appreciated.
