Hello —- The reset password for customers is not working for customers.
I also tried creating a username and password for myself – and tried t do it in the backend and it does not work there as well. This is the message I got – — Error: The email could not be sent. Your site may not be correctly configured to send emails. Get support for resetting your password.
Also creating a new password for a customer in the backend is very slow – about 3-5 minutes.

Is it possible by using actions/filters for us to customise the export that is run via the bulk edit function?
I have a use case whereby a client needs to export a few orders a day and they do this from the orders admin post list and, bulk edit > export csv.
The csv isn’t formatted the way their mass export is set up with your plugin. There is currently no way, at least they or I can see to customize the export produced by the bulk edit trigger. Is there a way? Writing the functionality custom is not a problem but are there filters to do so? If not would you consider implementing them?

I exported my reviews from one website and imported them into another website. Both using your plugin. During the import i got this message: “Basic version supports only ‘,’ as delimiter. Your file’s delimiter seems to be unsupported.”
So for some reason the default export format is not compatible with the default import format…
I resaved the fil as a comma seperated CSV (even though it already was one), that removed the error message, but every single review failed to upload. Every line looks like this:

We exported our reviews using this plugin (see file in link), and imported without editing on a fresh woocommerce site using SKU as guideline as I’m sure the IDs of the products are not the same.
However for some reason it’s just skipping reviews except for the last ones. This is the Woocommerce csv-import Log:

Thanks for providing additional information.
I think that the best way forward is to reach out to the developer of that import plugin and ask them to check this issue. Review count on product pages is displayed by the standard WooCommerce, so the import plugin must be missing something that is required by the standard WooCommerce reviews format.
Alternatively, you can also use the Import utility that comes with our plugin.

When I try to import the file locally, it says ‘File not found’
-> This happens when I try to progress to step 3
When I put the CSV file on the server and try to do it via FTP, it says’error’
-> This happens at the final stage, when I click ‘import’
CSV is extracted using WebToffee import/export suite and I’m trying to import with the same suite.
I have the rights to upload files.

I seem to be seeing a lot of PHP errors (When debugging is enabled) that’s including after doing the most recent update of 5 hours ago. They’re probably small errors but obviously I rather see no errors. ??

I’m moving from woocommmerce to a different domain. I’ve imported products/customers/coupons/orders and now want to import reviews.
I tried exporting my reviews with no problem, but when I try import them, I get an error:
360 589 589 Product review skipped.
For every single line.
I’ve tried both importing with product id and with SKU. When I checked the exported CSV created by this plugin, the “product_SKU” field is empty.
Since it’s a new WordPress installation, the comment_ID and comment_post_ID won’t match because the comments and products have different post id’s assigned to them.
How am I meant to use this plugin to link:
1) The reviews to the right products? (apart from having to manually add the SKU to each single comment of the few dozen there is.)
2) The replies I’ve made to each person who has reviewed (since the comment ID is different, how will it know which comment is the parent of my reply?)

I imported a review with the wrong date format (it was imported as 1 Jan 1970). Then I forgot to add the review ID to update it, so it was imported a second time instead of updating it. Is there a way I can delete the first imported review? Many thanks

I am trying to change the author’s of multiple WooCommerce reviews. I have exported the existing reviews, changed all the author names accordingly, and proceeded to import the updated csv. I have kept the “comment_ID” column, which corresponds to the existing review ID so that it knows to update the existing review, and not create a new review. I have also made sure to tick the box so that the reviews are updated, and not skipped. In both cases (whether the box is ticked or not), brand new reviews with new comment ID’s are created, regardless of the fact that I have kept the original comment ID’s. This results in a double up of the review, with 2 different author names (original comment ID and new comment ID). I have tried everything and am unsure on what to do – seems to be a pretty big glitch. Would appreciate any support.
