Hello,
Once it is activated, the following url will show white page:
wp-admin/post-new.php
wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=shop_coupon
That means we can not create new post and coupon.
Thanks
]]>Hello, good afternoon. When the plugin is activated, I cannot add orders manually in Woocommerce. What happens specifically is that if I click “Add order” on the orders page, the page to which it redirects me appears blank.
]]>Thanks for the update!
Ever since the last update, the css I have been using to make sure button text inherit theme font family and size is no longer working. My size chart type/position is still “before add to cart”.
below is the CSS
div#woo_sc_before_add_to_cart {font-family: Aclonica;} #woo_sc_before_add_to_cart{ font-size: 16px; }
]]>Version 2.0.5. did not change anything, the same problems again. I will work with the old version 1.2.6., the new versions make the plugin unusable to work with it and download the size tables.
]]>Hi, since the new update, I can’t use normally the plugin. I can create new size chart but when I m going to “go to design” its not the good product page and I can’t create a chart size table. I’ve tried everything but impossible.
It was so simple and efficient before, I don’t understand this plugin destruction.
I hope you can help me.
Tnahk you so much, best regards.
]]>Same problems again. There is no field for the size table, media files, the table still appears in the Products section, it is not needed there at all. 2.0.4 version is the same as the previous one. Does the developer not understand or is it just some kind of stubbornness. Why do I have a window for a table in Products, that is, a bunch of errors that the developer ignores and constantly reminds to rate the plugin. The plugin is not working in the new version, what to evaluate?
]]>Errors in new versions of the plugin are ignored by the developers. The version is also 2.0.3. – unusable, there is no field to display the size table itself, then why this plugin. The updated version has not changed anything, the plugin cannot be used in the updated version.
]]>Hello.
Is there any way to add PHP code at any position, something like: <?php product_size_chart_for_woo( true ); ?>
so that it automatically displays the size chart as assigned in the settings, instead of having to use a shortcode for each product or product category?
Thank you!
]]>I noticed that the size chart plugin has a redeveloped chart design feature. The charts I have created before are displaying but I cannot edit them. I only place the chart by placing the shortcode.
I tried to edit one of the charts by the design-customise but I cannot see the chart table and once I published my edits (I changed only border thickness) this chart was replaced by another one. You can see it on this page: https://wilda.eco/shopping-guide/#size-guide – please click measuring for blazers and there are tabs with metric and imperial. size charts The Blazer Imperial Chart was replaced by Size Conversion Chart ( whereas it should be same as Blazer Metric chart but with imperial measurements).
Can you help me to enable editing my current charts without destroying them and reverse the Blazer Imperial EN table weird change?
I have contacted you support via email but have not got any reply.
]]>After the update I can no longer link the table via product categories! I choose the category but the table does not show on the products page
]]>Plugin version 1.2.6 works perfectly, update 2.0.2 is unusable, no box for dimension table and edit tables. Why are you making updates like this that destroy the good functionality of version 1.2.6?
]]>The new update 2.0.1 has absolutely destroyed the plugin’s ease of use. We had three size charts working flawlessly all this time, and now with the new update, everything has gone haywire!!! Why introduce new stuff that break everything? It’s harder now to create size charts by prompting to use Customize. Just revert it back to how simple it was.
]]>Unfortunately, the latest version is not correct for my site, there is no window for the size chart itself. It’s good that you can roll back to the old version 1.2.6. The picture in the new version is too big, it looks ugly, because I have a picture of the brand name.
]]>Hi guys,
I have again the same issue with some charts crashing after edit with the following errors:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/wildaeco/domains/wilda.eco/public_html/wp-content/plugins/product-size-chart-for-woo/admin/design-new.php on line 337
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/wildaeco/domains/wilda.eco/public_html/wp-content/plugins/product-size-chart-for-woo/admin/design-new.php on line 351
I have already emailed you at [email protected].
It is again the same problem I had in April, and frankly speaking I am afraid of editing the charts and our site goes live next week, so I hope for a permanent solution this time.
Best regards,
Adam
]]>Hi!
Nice plugin but it doesn’t work in modern PHP versions. It throws error:
Warning: Trying to access array offset on null in ***/front-end.php
in line 184 – show error before Add to button code
in line 35 – after Add to button
in line 231 – at the bottom of the product card, just before Tabs section
It’s working rather fine in PHP 7.4.33 version
]]>Hello, I have created the table and in the product I have assigned it and the popup button for the size table does not appear. Which module is used to display it? Next to the description module or which one?
Please let me know, thank you!
]]>Hello, Thank you for the plugin. I wanted to ask if there is a way that the position of the size chart button be moved after product description. ‘Before add to cart’ option moves it all the way to the top, below the product title. I want it just after the variations and before add to cart button. Thank you!
]]>After the last update, I noticed my chart is no longer showing in single product page as it used to. I have tried to reconfigured to no avail. Any help is appreciated
]]>It is not possible to add products to the size table – Prioritize to display when product has multi size charts – articles are not displayed
]]>Hi Guys,
After the last week updates (I am not sure which one), I lost the content of most tables of my size charts. I tried to create them from scratch, but they do not have any styling, even if they are well-styled in the plugin preview.
I emailed you at [email protected] 5 days ago but haven’t got any reply.
The charts that kept working are well styled as before but if only I duplicate them, or create a new chart, no styling is applied. So the old working chart and the duplicated chart with no changes are differently styled next to each other.
I did try to solve the issue myself. I deleted old corrupt charts and disabled any additional CSS, but none of these helped. I really need your urgent support on this case, as for a long time, everything worked just fine.
EDIT: Actually, custom CSS added in the plugin settings is applied to the unstyled charts. Just the regular styling of the pluing is not working at all for all new and reset charts.
]]>Hi,
I have created this size chart, but I can’t find a way to brinbg it in front of the menu. Tried varios z-index combinations, but it just doesn’t care.
Is it possible at all? Or even, is it possible to change the table chart height with css?
Thanks?
]]>Hello,
I just spent an hour figuring out why our product description went missing, after deactivating all plugins, I was able to isolate this one.
Even without enabling any size chart, if the plugin is activated, the description is missing.
Theme : Cocco
Thank you.
]]>Hi, trust y’all good. Iam just curious if possible to use both “icon & text” as button type e.g ?? Size Chart.
Thank you
]]>Hi author(s), trust y’all good. Thanks for the plugin and the update. There’s an issue with the latest update. Having this plugin installed, single product tab (description, reviews etc) are all gone (disappeared). I had like to request for a link to rollback. Thanks…

Hi,
The plugin hasn’t been updated in 6 months and it is still being picked up by PLESK for this issue ”WordPress Product Size Chart For WooCommerce plugin <= 1.1.5 – Cross Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability”
]]>Hello,
It would be great if you can make it support assign size chart by tags.
You know there are lots of difference size chart even in a sub-category.
Thanks

How can fix it? Thanks. You can show the error at:
]]>Hi, i use your plugin in WOODMART THEME. I personalized my product template with elementor, but product size chart is not visible with standard options. None of them is visible. I try all options but popup, before add to cart, product tab…. none of them is visible. With Shortcode is ok but i need general option.
