There is no way to track email addresses for mass payment options in PayPal. The auto-enroll does not auto-enroll; you receive an email to contact the individual to set them up.

If you have more than one affiliate that you pay you will run in endless work to manage payments for affiliates : there’s no way to mark a time period as paid or so. It’s lightweight for sure but I doesn’t not do the minimal work.
