]]>Hello, I have the premium Pimwick BOGO plugin on one of my clients sites. She is currently running a BOGO sale using it. She is also offering 10% off through a Woocommerce coupon code ” newcust10 “. There is no way to set a coupon priority so sometimes the 10% comes off the total before the BOGO is applied and sometimes it comes off after. Can you help me fix this? I tried to message support through the Pimwick website a few days ago but haven’t heard back and the client needs it fixed asap. Thanks in advance for any help.
]]>Hi,
We are trying to create a campaign where you get the cheapest item in the cart for free if you buy 3 product from the same Category (Bath towels).
If we for example add three products of the exact same variation, the campgin calculates correct at first then in checkout it adds an extra discount. It removes an extra 33%.
Ex. I add 3 of the Bath Towels for 50€, the total cart amount should be 150 € (but one should be free), so it should be 100€.
But it doesn’t work, it shows 66 €.
Is this a bug?

]]>Bogo is setup to add a free product (grouped product) when spending X amount and using a coupon.
After adding X amount to the cart (using only a grouped product) and adding the coupon, the message for the coupon is displayed with 0 discount and the free product is not added to the cart (option to auto add is set correctly).
I’ve tested with YITH Woocommerce Product Bundles and Woocommerce Product Bundles. The later is indicated as capable of working with this plugin by the developer: https://www.pimwick.com/pw-faq/grouped-products/, however the bogo doesn’t work.
None of the 2 plugins mentioned above use the simple grouping mechanism that WooCommerce core uses.
]]>Hello,
I just completed the purchase. How we can make it applying coupon automatically?
Please confirm …
]]>Hello,
Thank you for the plugin! I have a problem:
If I add 1 product from elegible products, it automatically adds 2 products in the cart (one free of charge), which would be correct behaviour. But if I add more pieces of the same product (2,5,10) it leaves the quantity unchanged but applies a cart discount. For example:
1 product in cart which costs 1$ – it puts 2 product with 1$ – correct
same product, but 10 pcs in cart – it leaves 10 pcs but applies a 5$ discount. (cart discount for half of the products)
Is there a way, if customers adds 10 pcs of a product (total 10$) to have in cart 20 pcs with 10$ (buys 10 , gets 10 – total 20 pcs), instead of leaving 10 pcs but applying a 5$ (price discount).
Is there an option for this, am I doing something wrong or is this how it is supposed to work?
Thank you!
]]>Hello,
I am trying to use the [limit] tag in posts, but it doesn’t work. Can you tell me why ?
Thank you
Exemple :
Template :
Achetez [buy_quantity] unités de n’importe quel produit (pas de mixage possible) de cette catégorie et obtenez [free_quantity] [free_name] gratuit(s), dans la limite de [limit] produits offerts.
Result :
Achetez 2 unités de n’importe quel produit (pas de mixage possible) de cette catégorie et obtenez 1 Pack PRIMUS POWER Chocolat Traditionnel gratuit(s), dans la limite de [limit] produits offerts.
I′m trying to setup Spend X amount of money with several elegible products and Get 2 different products for Free. How can I achieve this? It’s not working under 1 BOGO, and if a create a second BOGO only 1 works.
I’m a PRO user, already sent an email but no response.
]]>Hello folks!
I m having an issue here, I have other rule with coupons that adds a free item.
And when we have a campaign with bogo, for example, get 1 mattress get 2 pillows, and the coupon to add one extra pillow, the bogo pillows are discounted only 1 of them.
Can we create a bogo for only specific type of variation? (by attribute)
if not – can you please add this ability?
filtering only by category is not enough in this case…
We are interested to buy PW BOGO woocommerce plugin before that just want to clarify that whether the plugin will support to the following:
1. Daily Report on discount sale of products
2. Purchase report based on Discount applied by PW BOGO Rules
Please come back to me!
I bought your plugin and it causes me serious problems on the site.
I can’t contact you.
If the plugin doesn’t work I want the money back!
It is impossible to contact you.
I’ve written to you on Facebook and you haven’t been responding for a few days.
Hi, I have been using this plugin for ages and so simple to use, but i need to change how we use it. How is it, or is it possible to apply 50% to cheapest item on every two you buy ? eg buy one item £10 and second item is £5 then you buy another item for £12 and another for £6. It applies discount to the cheapest two items
Hope this plugin can do it.
thanks
Steve
I am using the BOGO to give 10% discount to the second item purchased. The plugin works great but when there is an add-on selected, the discount is applied to product price + add-on price. I could not figure out how to exclude add-on price from the discount. Is there a way to configure that feature ?
Thank you,
I wrote Buy three, Get one Free and it only works for buy one, get one free.
It applies the discount when you add 2. Whatever you write in the title.
]]>How can I set up a BOGO offer where customers only get one of these offers? We’re doing:
Spend $75, get a $10 gift card
Spend $100, get a $20 gift card
Spend $125, get a $30 gift card
We don’t want them to get every gift card every time they hit one of those amounts (i.e. $10 card + $20 card + $30 card = $60 in gift cards if they spend $125). We only want them to get one of those gift cards based on the amount they spend. So I guess each higher value one needs to override the lower value one somehow.
]]>I am interested in this plugin or the pro version.
What I can see from the screenshots here an on your website that it does not support buy 1 of product x and get one free of product x (the same product), is it able to do this?
On the other hand, is it possible to define which product is provided as a free based on number of products and/or price?
I also have seen that it is not an actual buy one get one free, but actually buy 2 one is discounted.
What I want is actual buy one get one free, so when the buyer adds a product, it shows the number he selected but under that to show the same product as a free based on the rules, is there a possibility to do this?
Thanks,
]]>I have a situation where if a customer buys 5 of items (A thru J) he gets a free X. If he buys 10 of items (A thru J) he gets a free Y. If he buys 15 of items (A thru J) he gets a free Z.
Is there a way to duplicate the coupon so that I don’t have to search for items (A-J) each time?
]]>Hello
I want to update my BOGO plugin to latest version but it says I need to add a licence key.
I did purchase the Pro version but can’t see where to add the key?
Thanks

Hi – I am looking for a plugin that allows me to add BOGO when a customer enters a coupon code. So, they would have the item in their cart and when they enter the coupon code it automatically adds a second/free product. Is this how the pro version works?
]]>I need to update my BOGO pro in WordPress and I don’t see where to do that. Do I need to buy another version? Here is the message I get in the plugins: There is a new version of PW WooCommerce BOGO Pro available. View version 2.106 details. Automatic update is unavailable for this plugin. Renew your license to receive this and future updates.
I don’t see any reference on how to “renew”.
Hello I was using your BOGO Pro plugin. I applied for example buy 6 get 1 free. Problem is when using your plugin along with a 50% off coupon.
Your plugin is reducing the item total on items that are not included on the “included products list” inside coupon settings?
We are setting the included products by item for the special but your plugin is discounted other items on the order that are not on the “included products” and also a separate product category entirely.

]]>Hello.
I have a webstore and the prices are with VAT.
For example the price for product “A” is 10 € including vat
In the cart and checkout when the deal is activated the discount adds the vat +24% so from the total subducts 12,40€ instead of 10€.
Plugin calculates 2 times the VAT
Hi
I am running a BOGO promo on soap dispensers. I have used Pimwick PW Bogo many times before. For some reason the BOGO is displaying as successfully applied and the extra item is being added to the shopping cart however the price for free item is not being
deducted.
I ran the same promo successfully last month and just changed the start and finish dates. I have updated the plugin and decativated and reactivated it with no succcess.
NOTE – promo includes all items in the following category (EXCEPT THE AMBER GLASSWARE SAMPLE PACK) -https://by-me.com.au/product-category/glass-bottles/glass-soap-dispensers/
Cheers

Ciao,
ho acquistato la versione PRO ma nella sezione discount vedo solo:
BUY _____, GET _____ non c’è % off
come posso fare ?
]]>Hey everyone!
I was wondering if it was possible to configure the plugin so that the first item (aka the most expensive item) would be at full price and the remaining items in the cart to be 20% off? (Most plugins I’ve seen can only do a buy one get one setup, not a buy one and get the rest at a discount…) Thanks for your input!
]]>HI!
I am very interested in purchasing your plugin for a clients site.
Client wants to setup two deals:
– buy 4 get1 free
– buy 8 get 3 free
There are 252 products + 3 products which would not be part of this BOGO deal.
Would your product suit to our specifications?
Thank you & kind regards
Anna
I want to create a BOGO deal where the purchase of one product would automatically add 2 different free products to the cart. Right when I set up a deal with one eligible product and 2 discounted products, only one of the discounted product (the first, alphabetically) is being added to the cart, and the resulting coupon is only discounting that one product. Since I’m able to add multiple discounted products on the back-end, I can’t figure out why it’s not working.
I’ve also tried creating 2 BOGO deals for the same eligible product, each of those offers containing one of the discounted products. A similar thing is happening there, where only the first BOGO offer is being applied and it’s only adding one product to the cart.
Why is it restricted to one discounted product only in each of these instances?
