Steve at Gator forms went out of his way to assist me with an issue that was being caused by my template. He could have easily just told me the issue was with the template and pushed me onto the template developers, instead he logged in and resolved the issue for me. The Gator forms team is on the ball with new features requests and updating their content. Well worth the investment.

Whatever issues this plugin might have had in the past, it’s clear to me that they’ve been fixed. I was a little hesitant about using it because of some mixed reviews from the past, however for me it is working splendidly.

I normally don’t take the time to write reviews, but I am writing this one as a warning. There are SO many issues with this plugin. It will work fine for the first day, and then after that you will run into issue after issue. I got the PRO version. After the first day I started encountering problems with “initializing form” appearing at the bottom of the form (they say this is a JS issue), I turned on “Debug mode” as they suggest and then all hell broke loose, my entire website started acting finicky and I had to restore an earlier backup just to make it stop. Then I could not get the forms to send emails at all. This is literally the worst plugin I have ever used. Such a waste of money. I wasted so many hours at work. DO NOT pay for this!

Purchased this plugin and installed. Worked beautifully for one day. Updated WordPress to 4.7.4. This plugin does not work with 4.7.4. What is more disappointing is the lack of response from the developer. I submitted a support ticket and never heard back from them. Suggest you use another plugin there are several out there.

I like this Plugin and it worked very well with my old version of wordpress. I upgraded my website and now i can’t use the plugin i don’t get compatibility fixes..
If i want to get updates i have to pay over 21€/year, thats shameless in my opinion.
If you have too much money, i can recommend that plugin. For normal/uncommercial usage i cannot recommend it.

I got immediately help from their support and i got a solution for my compatibility problem. That is great! Now i can recommend this plugin for normal/uncommercial usage too, you get a nice plugin and “lifetime” bugfixes. And you have to pay only for features. Thats okay ??

I agree with wpbpdev 100%, everything seemed like this would be a great product and maybe it is but for paid users. When you have to buy a pro version to use a Subject field yes you have gone too far. Reread yes they want you to go pro to have a subject field. That’s insane. Please rethink about the free version. Subject field, phone field, captcha all of that should be free. Think of other ways to charge for, such as database entries and export or more design options or even over 1000 views a month start charging. I have never rated a bad review and I just sign up to rate this one because it was hard to believe that you would charge for a subject field. lol

These folks DO provide great support. But it’s also the most robust, flexible form I’ve ever worked with – and I’ve been doing this for 20 years. SO many options, easily configurable, html emails, file uploads. I haven’t run across anything I can’t do yet with this program. Very pleased with it and I highly recommend it.

Does everything I need & more. Lots of customisation, quick & easy to use. Am i missing something? Updates show in WP but not which plugin needs it. This has been the culprit every time. Click to update and it updates the free version, meaning i have to manually download and re-upload the pro version. What a waste of time for something i’m paying for. So again,dev am i missing something?

I bought this plugin after realizing that my existing contact forms and survey forms on my sites were not mobile responsive and I love it.
The drag and drop form builder is so easy to use, the forms look beautiful and the responsive design is a really great feature. It’s surprising how many contact form and survey plugins aren’t responsive, so I’m really glad I found it.
The support for this plugin is also top notch. I had a query on how to setup redirects on the forms and Jan (one of the plugin developers) responded to me very quickly and showed me exactly how to do it.
If you want any kind of form that looks great and is easy to use on all devices, I highly recommend this plugin.

This plugin is great! It has so many more options than most of the plugins I’ve seen. I started using their plugins in Joomla, and now found out they have the same contact form, but even more awesome looking interface for WordPress.
Their support is quick, next or same day service. Solved conflicts with a different plugin, not even really their problem.
Their plugin even has options to create assign ticketing numbers, and has many cool features such as slide in and lightbox forms with a small toggler button.

Plugin offers very nice features and even in free mode you can have one fully functional form with many options to configure.
Only one things confuse me a little. That are so many email options for one form. For a while I was lost in it completely – but I managed it eventually.
One strange thing I’v found – You can input variable {fields} that will put all the form fields into admin email – but you can not put there {messge} field separately? Strange… especially when you’re not using English language. But never mind – that is maybe just my ignorance to documentation or it is only possible in PRO version.
