We are using the QuadMenu plugin to implement our main menu at the top of our website. We have a few dropdown menu items, and they are somehow being triggered even when not hovering over them. On a desktop, if we move our cursor to about 100-200px under the dropdown menu items, it triggers and opens up the full dropdown menu. How do we fix this?

On the mobile view I have a full menu and is it possible to only get the three menu lines?

So far I really like the QuadMenu and am I considering buying it.

I have installed QuadMenu which works fine on desktop, but is not displaying either the menu or the head logo on mobile. Could you kindly advise on a solution for this please? Thank you.

I need to find a way to manipulate the menu items so that when I open a menu item, if another one is open, it should close. I’m accessing the items like this:

I wanted to add a click event with a simple control that should remove the ‘.open’ class if another one has it. The problem is that any element of that div where I have nested my menu items does not “listen” to my click. I couldn’t find any information on the docs about this matter, and it’s weird because it seems like a very basic feature, so I’m sure I’m doing something wrong.

The feature to allow shortcodes using the QuadMenu Widgets is fantastic but I was wondering if it is possible to insert shortcuts on the top level so users don’t to click on a menu button to access it. I’m specifically thinking of our search menu. I want to use our Ajax search shortcode and have it appear ready at the top of the menu, at the moment users have to click Search to bring it up.

Hi, this plugin has been a life-saver! I do have one slight niggle (and it’s only a niggle, nothing that affects the menu at all). On my toggle button in the top right hand corner, there is a small, grey, almost wine glass-shaped icon floating between the hamburger menu and the background. I can’t seem to locate it when inspecting the element. Any idea what this is and how I can hide it? Many thanks either way.

We’re having a problem with QuadMenu (Pro) loading before CSS styles kick in – so there would be maybe half a second of unstyled quadmenu showing and it does not look good.
Would anyone know how to fix this problem?

Now, I did everything exactly as done in those Tutorials, but I can’t use QuadMenu to create a Mega Menu.
