5.2.4 throws up warnings when using wp-cli (at least in php 8)
Otherwise I’d still be using it

Do not install this plugin, it inject adverts into your website. Looking through the code, it even intentionally hides them from site Admins. Completely malicious and should be banned.

After updating plugins today, WordPress spotted this file was different to that claimed in the repository. It seems to have updated itself to allow spam/adware injection to the website! I used Wordfence to roll back to an ‘official’ version, but guess it will try to re-install its broken version so I’ll be looking for a new redirect tool.

Don’t use this plugin. As others mention here, it’s injecting spam into websites. It should be removed from WordPress’ repository.

Recent update allowed advertising links to be injected into our site without our knowledge. It took a lot of digging around to find that this plugin was the culprit.
Very bad black hat and shady behavior from the developers here. Avoid.

Works well throughout several websites and different wp versions. No fuss and extras as we like it. Thanks.

Unlike other plugins, this is fast and lean, and do not try to upsell to ‘premium’ like so many other plugins. Just works as expected for many years now. I’m a fan.

Works very well

Sending unauthorized user data to w.anadnet.com. Totally unacceptable. Should be banned from WordPress.

We’ve stopped using this because it has apparently been taken over by people who exploit it to add advertising to the sites that use it. Please remove from this catalog.

Couldn’t find an easier way to create redirects. It just works, nothing much more to it. Perhaps some more advanced features are lacking.

This plugin is part of an ad network and had a security issue which places Malware on your website. We were getting links appearing on our site from it.

Poorly supported, i.e. “Issues resolved in last two months: 0 out of 5”.
But mostly major concerns with a recent update displaying this message, which appears once not very prominently and then disappears:
Quick Page/Post Redirect Plugin contains advertising support – by installing and/or using it, the plug-in will become part of an advertising-supported network.
No response from the developer on this.

Works fine, is easy to learn and use but the lack of wild card redirects has meant I’ll need to move to Redirection on some of my sites. I would suggest that as a priority feature for future inclusion.

This plugin is simple and easy to use. It works perfectly, it redirects the pages as per the entries made in the setting.

I’ve been using this plugin for years on my site and even though it’s been a while since the last update, it still works without any issues. I often end up changing URLs and consolidating content from multiple articles into one authority article and this plugin makes it easy to do 301 redirects to the right link.

Great but it lacks a selection box or “delete all” button

Customer had an old html link in an add and the new WP site have no such page. So with this plugin, just add a quick redirection, from the old html link to a new link and voila!!! no more 404 error.
Great!!!

Add old URL, add new URL, add new redirect. Done!

This plugin doesn’t work.

I have tried a few different plugins and this was the only one that worked for me to do a simple redirect on the same domain.

Added a URL redirect but no redirection occurs.

This plugin works amazing, fluently and perfect.
Thank you for creating that plugin.
With love,

After “Simple 301 Redirects” stopped working switched to this one. Its perfect and you add 3 redirects at a time without stripping the domain name. You can simply copy past your redirects 3 at a time and save.

It’s a bugged plugin, it is not compatible with any caching plugin, it makes the cache auto flush. With a cache plugin enabled it converted my links from http to https and i got more than 500 duplicates indexed. Took me much time to realize it was this plugin to cause the biggest issue my site has ever had, i’m still facing the consequences of it, 2 months passed and still 100 duplicates indexed. And obviously there is not any support. I have no words, thanks Quick Redirects for ruining my site and letting me lose thousands of daily visitors.

Keep in mind the plugin uses javascript for the redirects, what can cause a big increase in loading time of your website. In my case almost +3 seconds. htaccess is always a better solution, if you want to set more redirects…
I removed the plugin again and used htaccess-> -2,8 seconds!

Work flowless no prob, 5/5
Thank you
