It does exactly what it says, no tweaking or coding necessary.
You have the option to make some products available through a quote and some through direct purchase, but you can also make you your products available only through quotes. Its is the fifth plugin I use and the first one that works without any issues! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

This plugin does exactly what it claims to do. Easy setup and your WooCommerce shop turn into a quoting system.
I ran into a small issue (which was my own misunderstanding), and the developer responded back in a timely manner.

Came back after trying the two other “woocommerce quotes” plugins that get good review.
The other plugins, unless I’m mistaken, all have an ‘add to quote’, or ‘add to quote list’ method. Regardless of that, I need to have a quote button at either the minicart/cart OR right at checkout.
BECAUSE:
I can’t bear the look of the stock shop look, lack of gutenberg editor etc… so i use pages (can use posts) to create products and use the “featured product block” and my own images etc etc to create a product page. Someday soonish WOOCOMMERCE will be all blocks editable. can’t wait.
THIS FABULOUS PLUGIN has the “quote” button (nameable) RIGHT AT CHECKOUT – and has a cool after send view as well.
Can’t go too long here as time’s short lately…
I was initially puzzled then READ THE INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS.
Also, note the different logic whether you check the ‘enable for all products” button or not in the setting. And, whether each product has or hasn’t had it checked in Products: Product Data->Inventory tab (see install instructions)
There’s a combination that won’t let you add a product that isn’t setup for “request a quote” which is fine for me.
Test that out i guess, rather than me attempting to detail here-)

Overall it is a very good plugin.
Two simple things I think could help improve its usability, such as
1. Have an FAQ section for the plugin. It took me 15 minutes to go through the source code to find out the naming convention of the customized email template directory to put in my theme’s directory. It is “/quotes-for-wc/”
2. When you click on ‘Send Quote’, so an invoice/quote can be sent to the customer, there is hardly any indication that it was sent (only small grey text on a gray background that shows for 2 seconds). I suggest making the sent notification much larger and more visible. Also, add to the “Order note” that the quote was sent. As it is now the only way I can confirm a quote was sent is to check my email log – using a different plugin.

Thank you for this fantastic plugin. This plugin has a lot of potentials to grow, such as integrating contact forms (ContactForm 7 or Gravity Forms) when submitting RFQs. I will pay the developer for any premium features, provided it remains bloat-free and tightly integrated with woocommerce natively (just like it is now) without unnecessary js and CSS hacks. To be honest when I started with wordpress I had started learning to code php. Pinal helped me through all my questions. This is years ago and have greatly improved since. I cannot express how grateful I am for their willingness to help me even without compensation. They’re the only plugin developer out of many who has helped me in customizing their code even when I purchased the premium version from others. ( if they had at the time a premium version of the plugin I would’ve purchased it just because how much they’ve helped me and I know I would have great support.) Personally I think they’re one of the best developers and just good person in general.

Hi,
thanks for sharing this great plugin.
In recent upgrade or this plugin, changing plain text mode to html is not working, it is still sending plain text template.
secondly, request a quote to admin mail is not shooting as spelling is incorrect for the template (double request-new-quote.php.php)
Please help me out so we can use this awesome plugin.
