It keeps suggesting Privilege Widget which I do not need, wish there is a way I can turn the notification off. I need to manually close it every time I refresh the page or go to a new page, it’s just there forever.
Fixed with update. But just a note I’m no longer using this plugin.

I installed the Redux plugin so I could install Rating System plugin. I had to install them both because the “Previous” and “Next” buttons at the ends of the posts were not showing the < and >, just a square box indicating that they were now broken.
Too bad, I wanted to use the epoch plugin for comments but without any kind of rating system. Even though disqus has the downvote disabled it still has the upvote. I wish they would reactivate the downvote so people would get the true picture of what folks think of a comment.

There really a lot of plugins about vote system. But only for posts or comments but not both at one time like here. Also this plugin is free and simple. You use only what you need: no -pro versions, no external storage, no additional actions (except install framework).

One of the best rating plugins. It is a complete solution for rating posts and comments.
The big problem is that it has no cookie or Local Storage to prevent the users from voting more times. IP is good, but IP+Local Storage or IP+cookie would be better.
I would be happy to rate this plugin 5/5 start but only when it will have IP+Local Storage or IP+cookie fraud prevention.
