Hello good. I just noticed the following problem on my website.
I have WooCommerce configured applying the prices of the products with VAT included.
I only apply VAT for EUROPE, so when someone buys from me from, for example, MEXICO, VAT is not applied. So far so good.
The problem comes when the status of an order without VAT is changed to, for example, “completed”, as soon as you change the status of the order, the VAT is subtracted again, that is, it divides each product by 1.21 individually, which results in remove the VAT “twice”.
As soon as I deactivate the plugin this is solved, this error only happens with orders without VAT.
Do you have any ideas to solve it?

I am testing your plugin and I have an issue with calculating the total cost (incl) when there are more than 1 piece per unit. As you can see in the screenshot, the total incl price is showing the price for 1 unit, not for 2.
I have change the option to “Item total” in plugins settings page.
In editing mode, as you can see, the total price is calculated for 2 units.
]]>Hi, the plugin looks promising… I encounter a problem. When shipping country is set, and add a product. The vat is not the same as the shipping country.
When hitting recalculate the vat percentage is correct, but when I change the ‘cost after discount’ and hit save. The vat percentage goes back to that of shop country. It does hold the vat percentage of the shipping country.
When hit recalculate again the vat percentage of the shipping country is correct. But not the Cost.
its a endless loop. How to fix this?

]]>Hi, I have some custom user roles (Wholesale) set up and some products have a wholesale as well as regular price. When I try to create a new order for one of these custom users, the recalculate button on the order screen removes any added items. It also doesn’t let me add more than one product in the item details table. Everytime I add a new item, it just replaces the previous one. If I try to save the order, the items are not saved but the order is (if it’s for a wholesale customer). If I deactivate your plugin, the recalculate button does not remove the items and I can add more than one product to the order. Is your plugin designed to work with custom user roles and prices? Or is there something else going on here?

]]>Hi, I can see the strings in the plugin are written as translatable, but it seems the load_plugin_textdomain call is missing in the plugin, therefore I am unable to translate it (e.g. using Loco Translate), even after manually specifying the text domain.

]]>Hi, I just noticed what appears to be a compatibility problem between your plugin and PW WooCommerce Gift Card .
When someone buy a 40 € gift card, and it is is ??on hold??, then when I change it to ??processing??, it modifies the order amount to 33,33 €?! But I didn’t change any amount. When I deactivate your plugin, the problem doesn’t occur : 40 € is still 40 € when I change it to processing.
I don’t know where it comes from.

Your plugin seems to solve this refund orders fatal error. Thank you for that, very useful.
I have some features to suggest, if you could maybe improve the plugin :
– could you add an option for translation/cutomize text for the column titles “Cost (Incl.)” and “Total (incl)” so that I can change the text and translate in french??
– could you also display the price incl tax for delivery line also??
– could you display the column “Total (incl)” at last column position of the order table (since it is the sum of the other columns cost + vat x quantity)??
– in backend, could you display the robot dwarf menu of the plugin as a submenu of woocommere menu??
Thank you very much for your plugin (I still don’t understand why it is not included in woocommerce by default…) and your time. This improvements would make your plugin perfect and so useful?!

there is a problem with the pieces when the pluggin calculate the price(inc tax). It appears only the price per one product but when there are 2 or more, the plugin appear only the price for one piece.

Thanks for the plugin, this is the only thing useful that I found regarding this topic.
However, is there a chance to instead of manually inputting values into order admin for discount, the plugin gets those values from the regular and sale prices of the items in order?
Now it just shows me the same prices as the total cost of the item, despite of whether that price is regular or sale price.
